She was attentive and listening and discerning what I had in mind. This assistance was greatly appreciated. I've use Sherwin-Williams paints before and I've been very pleased with them. Customer service to me makes or breaks a store's success. The store is definitely one to choose again, even though it's not the one closest to me, due to Kaylee"s kind, helpful, attentive, customer service.”

“I needed to buy an oil based semi-solid stain to recoat our deck. After 5 trips to Home Depot, finally ordering it on Home Depot online, and receiving the wrong paint and wrong color, I decided to try PPG. They worked very hard to match my color and it worked beautifully. The stain was less expensive, too!”
