Super kind staff, calm environment, and affordable pricing. Couldn't ask for anything more. My cat loves it there, and I have peace of mind knowing he's in good hands.

My pup loves this place! Comes home each time tired from playing all day and gives us much needed relax time when getting home from work. The prices are great!

This place easily allows you to see and visit your pets. The prices are very fair. They allow prepayment. I found there to be enough staff which was a welcome sight. Our pets appeared happy and fed each time we visited and the staff friendly. Would use them again.

My friend took her two dogs for a trim and they came back with cuts all over them then a week later my mom took out dog she is a Great Pyrenees she put her in for a bath she came back completely shaved for those that don't know you are not supposed to shave them bc there fur is a cooling system that keeps them cool during summer and warm during winter my mom has a complete break down and had shaved her paws so she couldn't walk outside without her feet being burned and she ended up having 2 heat strokes bc of the lake of fur and how out it was and they said they had to mussel her and they pulled her tail she was so upset and depressed for awhile this place needs to be shut down.

We were in from out of town and needed a few hours of care for our 12-week-old puppy (our first time leaving him alone in this sort of setting!) The Pampered Pets team were so warm and friendly, and our puppy came home exhausted and happy. We visit Asheville regularly, and will absolutely bring our pup here again if we’re in need of pet care!

Would not recommend this place. Our pup needs to be let out early morning or he will go potty in his crate since he's still a puppy. When we picked him up we asked if he had an morning accidents and they said "Uh no." And his blanket smelled like piss. Who knows how long he had to be in there with it. And the two times we've picked him up from there he always comes back in a funk.

Staff is super nice and treated my dogs like family. They told me exactly how they did during their stay and who they played with at doggy day care! Definitely would recommend!

I've been taking my fur baby here for a year or more. The people who work here are super nice and do an amazing job of taking care of your pet.

The staff is very friendly to both dogs and humans. But having to peek through the fence to hopefully catch a glimpse of your dog is weird, but they don't have webcams, nor do they let you tour the place. No pictures on the website of their kennels nor the play yards.Be careful though... Kennel Cough is RAMPANT here. Despite a small sign out front, no one talks about it. My dog has been sick 2 times in 2 months, and none of the staff told me that he was coughing, even though he was coughing when I picked him up. Not the place for us.

I’ve been taking my dog, Bruce to Pampered Pets for the better part of a year. I’ve had a number of experiences that have been concerning, and made the decision today to no longer bring him back. He has been injured at least two times while in their care, and I was not called during either of these incidents - I was made aware upon picking him up. This resulted in two vet visits and hundreds of dollars in care.Today upon picking him up after boarding him for the weekend, the gentleman working asked me if I knew that Bruce was “non-commingle”, meaning he spends most of his time there either in a small yard alone or in his kennel. As I mentioned, I have been taking him here for a year and nobody ever told me that was the treatment he was receiving. He is a very high-energy dog with the tendency to be dominant, but I feel like they didn’t even try to find other dogs he gets along with. Maybe I need more information, but it sure sounds like I’ve been paying $40 a night for my dog to miserably sit in a kennel.I appreciate the time that Pampered Pets has put into looking after Bruce for me, though I really question the care he received.
