Well, they don't have what I wanted. Hopefully they will start getting the different travel pendants for the Pandora bracelets that people come into buy they need to get it together. they started something and didn't finish. That's bad business.

I was bought a bracelet for my birthday in 2022. The bracelet broke and I took it to be replaced. I wanted to replace the bracelet with a different one and was told I had to get the same one. Who wants the same bracelet that has shown to be trash? Fast forward to today. I am at work and the replacement bracelet has broken…….

I learned more about my bracelet and how it's supposed to work because of its design than I've known the entire year I've had it, with one visit to this location. The staff here was very attentive even when they were with other customers they made sure to acknowledge everyone in the store. Normally I don't get this in a Pandora store and I get aggravated and leave.The manager was very personable and the team synergy at this location was amazing.If I didn't live in South Carolina this would definitely be my store of choice.

I like to shop the charm and bracelet sales at this Pandora Outlet store. Katelyn is amazing at jewelry sales! Very knowledgeable and takes time with me to look over all my choices.

Bought my daughter the ring she wanted for Christmas and after a couple weeks the stone fell out when she went back to the store they replaced ring but the ring was on sale or clearance so gave her the difference on another ring which I felt was wonderful service . The service I received when picking out the ring was very good the lady was alone and was helping a lady that could not decide so since I knew what I was there to get she ask the lady if she could take care of me real fast.

Totally rude. Walked in and the place was pretty crowded, but I can work with that. As soon as I stepped in, a pushy girl asks abruptly in front of everyone, "May I have your name?" That took me by surprise since I'm not used to being required to provide my personal details to enter a business. I questioned her and she repeated it. I reluctantly stated my name while everyone was watching me (it's a small space) and she follows up with "We need a name because there might be quite a wait." I thought about it for a few seconds, getting angrier by the minute, and I just left. Went to Reed's in the Asheville Mall (who also carries Pandora), walked right in, got the charm I wanted, paid, and left in all about 5 minutes tops. The Sales Rep was awesome, too. I won't ever step foot in that Pandora store again.UPDAT 12/27/22:. I followed up as directed by the company, but after waiting 10 minutes on hold, I gave up. Come on! THEY asked ME for the feedback. This company does not appear to be concerned with "customer service".

Went in to look for a specific Charm the girl helping me went to lay out the tray and another worker stopped her and she had to hold it up. I have never been treated like a thief like that. Shame on you!!!! Lost a customer! I’ll go to the mall and online before I step back in there and I have bought plenty there including 3 bracelets and many many charms!!

RUDE employees. Wouldn’t accept my online order email confirmation, after standing by the case up front and none of the employees asked me if I needed any help or assistance. Wouldn’t explain anything to me. Being extremely rude and stand off ish while I am trying to pick up an expensive order. Less than stellar customer service to say the least by multiple employees.
