I’ve ordered from this Papa Johns for many years, and I have to say that this current experience with ordering a pizza for delivery has been one of the worst. I placed my order and it was supposed to be delivered approximately 25 minutes after I ordered I live less than a mile from this location, it took over one hour to get my pizza not only was the pizza cold, but the service was also unacceptable.I called the location to voice my concerns of what was going on. The manager wouldn’t let me finish my question and quickly cut me off and said it’ll be there in a minute and I stated are you sure cause it’s been changing the times 3 to 4 times which extended it from 20 minutes to over an hour And frustration I hang up the phone.Usually I would not post or give a negative review, but this experience was very Unacceptable. It is not that difficult to deliver a pizza and if there’s that many delays, The customer service experience would be to call the customer and let them know that the order is going to be delayed and why an offer solution not cut them off and speak them.

Liked the pizza before tonight. Pizza and breadsticks were half done and both tasted like the cardboard box they came in. But the girl you have there that does the phone ordering is not very good. She talks over you and when I called to place an order today she said hold on for a minute I wasn't on hold because she was still on the call then she hung up on me.I want to keep ordering from here but not if she is going to be doing the phone orders.My husband calls and orders on the phone with the same girl. We are in your system. He gave her his name which is Tommy she kept calling him Jose. Huh?She really doesn't need to be answering the phone

1 hour and :40 mins an still no delivery. Management hung up after putting me on hold for 5 mins.

Very disappointed in my order today the 29th of December. The small gluten free crust pizza was overcooked and looked like it was dropped and then thrown into the box. The shaqaroni pizza was also thrown into the box and was not at all they way it should look. I took these pictures of the pizzas before I left the store.

I got a small person pan. There was hardly any cheese I wish I took a photo it was awful you could see just sauce on two of the pieces and there was like a couple pieces of topping. it was truly the most pathetic pizza I've ever received in my 40 years of life and eating pizza and working in pizza hut twice. I would never do this to someone.. I will never go back to this one ever ever. The training apparently sucks.

Never, ever can get anyone on the phone. Close early consistently. This time it is 9pm and they are closed. Hours on the door read 11am-12pm.

Ordered my food online for carryout. Got the notification it was ready. Pulled up and the lady told me my food wasn't ready yet that she didn't know why it told me that. Had me pull around and wait 10mins. Went in and she still didn't tell me what was going on. Come to find out they gave my food to someone else. They had to make my food again.

Firstly, I have always loved Papa Johns Pizza, especially, the little added banana peppers in each pizza box!Well, today I didn’t realize I placed my order for pick up until I was notified it was ready. A wonderful person named, MJ answered the phone and with no hesitation helped me change my order today delivery. I am so grateful for your kindness today, thank you!

Ordered delivery and asked for no onions, when it got here there were onions but the delivery driver was super nice and told me what to do. Spoke to the manager as well who was kind enough to send another one with no onions! Great customer service!
