I have not bought a vehicle from this dealership (yet), but recently had an extensive service completed on our GT3. Back in October I had our Cayenne scheduled for a routine service. The day before I ran into engine issues with our GT3. I decided to bring that vehicle in for diagnostic along with our Cayenne. Although I didn’t have an appointment for the GT3, they took it in without hesitation. After diagnosing, the car needed a new engine. Zach and Patrick did an amazing job with communicating throughout the entire process. Our Cayenne also got a dash replacement while it was being serviced which is no small task either. We intentionally drove an hour and a half to this dealership after hearing great things and they did not disappoint. We will forever be customers now at Asheville Porsche

Patrick is an exceptional technician and went above and beyond in a recent service appt. I dropped my 992 turbo off for a front spoiler problem. Patrick diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly. During the final phase of installing the new spoiler system, the battery failed. Patrick overnighted the battery from Porsche and got the issue fixed within a couple days.what was also impressive about this encounter is the service team was very difficult to reach as my advisor was on vacation. Patrick went out of his way to pick up the slack and provided updates on estimated time of completion and status of the car multiple times per day.This was outside of his typical duties, but his customer service and highly quality work on the car made the experience a great one.not often do you have a technician that will go out of their way to proactively communicate with the end customer.highly recommend patrick and his work. nice job

I was an employee at Rick Hill Porsche and have purchased two new cars , the last car that I purchased was a 2022 Boxster and when it come time for my first service I drove to Ashville Porsche for them to service and had a great experience!!! John was very professional and keep me informed and I was in and out pretty quick!! The drive is worth the time to get a GOLD TECHNICIAN!!

The worst!!! The car was towed in after blowing a tire. I have had many cars and this was an absolute mess and my first negative review.Their driver delivered it back a week later with no gas in the tank.I hope there's no damage to the engine. I will have it flatbedded to Greenville before I bring it back here.Shame on you

Horrible customer service!! This lady is a true piece of work. We had an appointment for replacement tires due to a BOLT stuck in one back tire. We, of course, had replacement insurance. She refused to assist in looking up the policy. Stating that "customer service is too busy to handle that" My husband contacted Southpoint Porsche dealership in Durham who was all too helpful in assisting us immediately. He gave the policy info to the customer service woman. She left for 5 minutes and came back to state "the tire is not covered because it is not actively leaking." It was not actively leaking because we had it plugged. My husband then immediately called the insurance. They had no such conversation on record related to his car. This horrible person who represents this dealership took it upon herself to lie about claim information. Of course we did not have our car serviced here and will forevermore drive 4 extra hours to Southpoint Porsche in Durham, where customer service exists and is outstanding. *** DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!****

Great people make this the dealership of choice. After a less than stellar experience at another Porsche dealership in the region, I drove a little further and found the only place I'll take my car for all servicing needs.

Thank you to Nick, Louis , Steve and Tim for all their help with our recent purchases . Their customer service is wonderful. They care about you and your needs. When a few things didn’t work out in the service department , Nick came back to the dealership on his day off to help us . Great team ! We love our car !

So I'm at the ford quick lube at Asheville ford.11-17-22 around 10ish am. I heard a very loud Porsche, very expensive, probably well over 100k with graphics. Doing at least doing 3 0-60's; I know it was a tech because they drove it into a bay. This place abuses people's cars. I would not recommend them at all!

Thank you Rhett and Courtney for all your help and gracious hospitality during our Porsche trip into the mountains last week. Your dealership staff went above and beyond to ensure that our cars were looked after and ready to roll when we arrived on Monday. This kind of service is hard to find, I really do appreciate everything you did.

Living in SoFlo and wanting to do a drive through the Blue Ridge mountains to witness the seasonal miracle of the changing of the leaves, posed a logistical problem. How to get to North Carolina without a 2 day drive and adding unnecessary miles to my 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabriolet and my buddies 996 Turbo? The fix presented itself in the form of Bobby Varela from Foreign Affairs Motorsports in Deerfield Beach. Bobby arranged for my friends 996 Turbo and my Carrera S to be shipped enclosed directly to Porsche Asheville in NC, to be received and entrusted into the capable hands of Rhett Blanchard and Courtney. A day later we flew up to collect our cars from Courtney and Rhett and drove off into the glorious sunset on the Blue Ridge Parkway, happy to have made the short hour and a half flight from Ft Lauderdale with no stress or drivers fatigue. Same thing in reverse to get them back down to SoFlo. The best part and kudos to Porsche Asheville and Foreign Affairs Motorsports, they did not ask for anything in return, they did it out of their good nature and the camaraderie that makes Porsche people, treat each other like old friends would. We will certainly do it again, thank you!! Disclosure - we did have to pay for the transportation by Ramo Enterprises, Inc for excellent transportation!

The prices and quality of service at Flow Automotive Porsche are horrendous. They wanted to charge $400 for an oil leak “diagnosis” when I was already paying over $500 for a regular service. The so-called diagnosis was vague at best, as they claimed the leak was in a difficult to reach area. After hearing that the cost to repair the oil leak would be a jaw-dropping $6,500..I disputed the diagnosis charge, which they reluctantly removed from the bill (before asking me to go elsewhere for future services). I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere, good riddance!On top of that, I recently discovered that a major repair to my Audi was not done correctly at Flow service. I paid over $3000 for that repair, which will have to be re-done at my new mechanic, VW Specialists.P.S. I’m currently planning my next Porsche purchase, for which I will go elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Flow.

This dealership Porsche repair was great! My Macan's coolant vessel have cracked While I was traveling to Asheville on business. While there was a 3 to 4 day wait for a service appointment, Zak was very sensitive to my knees to get back on the road as soon as possible. I guess that's unusual thing for the vessel to rupture, so they did not have the part in storage. Zach did his best to order the part for expedited delivery. He did an excellent job of communicating with me about the progress of the delivery and repair. To my delight my car was ready in two days and I was able to get back to my business without too much delay. I can't thank Zak enough for helping me through a very tough time. I can't speak to the other service advisors at Porsche of Ashburn but Zack asked to be the best in my book!

i bought an extended warranty for my porsche macan and sold it after 4 years so i was entitled to a prorated refund for the warranty still left. the car still had about 1.5 yrs warranty left on it when we got it so we bought a extended to go into use after the original was out. when we contacted the dealership about our refund we was told it wasnt in effect any more because they started the extended warranty at the time of purchase even though there was 1.5 yrs still left on the original one. i can only imagine what would have happened if the car needed extensive repairs and i was told the warranty wasnt good any longer. it was such a rip off and the financial guy lied to us so bad or the guy is lying to us now to avoid paying us our refund! either way.....***do not purchase an extended warranty from this dealership unless you want ripped off**** you have been warned

I purchased my Panamera from Harmony Motors in 2017.I have always used this dealership for the Regular PM and other service repairs.Though it has changed ownership a couple of times, they have been wise to hold onto their best people- to maintain the relationship developed over the years.I have had the good fortune to work with Zac in Porsche service. Zac has been 100% dedicated to providing a pleasant and professional relationship with each customer. Zac has always had great communication and customer service beyond expectations!
