I would never use this company. They didn't deliver the hand cranks with the windows, forgot to order the front door and the hardware for our new home. We felt they didn't care at all and it required multiple emails and phone calls to get them to follow through.

I was in need of some replacement parts for a desk for the college I work at. Lucy and Jennifer took care of me. Rather quickly I must say. Hassle free, professional and extremely courteous. Our business recently worked with PBI to purchase new office furniture. We had a great experience! The team welcomed us with all covid safety precautions when we visited the showroom, and Lucy Philips met our every need and provided exceptional customer service as she walked us through their options. Note that PBI also offers used furniture - something a lot of local folks aren't aware of! They have great deals. We purchased a combination of new and used furniture and will continue to use PBI for our future office needs. Thank you Lucy and team!

I have had 2 experiences with PBI: to purchase an office chair on one occasion and an adjustable height desk/perch stool on another. On both occasions PBI staff were knowledgable of the many options available, took their time with me to help me understand those options, and even facilitated getting samples in for me to come look at. I highly recommend PBI for your interior needs! (and important to note...I sought these items for my home office. PBI is available for individual needs:))

PBI is a great local company providing commercial furniture, flooring, design services, and more to Western NC & Eastern TN. They have a beautiful showroom and a variety of office products. :)
