I made an appointment for 11:40 on a Friday two days prior. Got there, signed in on the computer, and was called back in 5 minutes. There was one other person scheduled around 1. No one else was there. Gentleman called me back and was friendly and professional. I even brought my 17 month old in a stroller and apologized and he said it was ok. He took me back, checked me in, verified my information and drew my labs. He was quick and courteous. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes max. Probably the fastest and most efficient Quest Diagnostics I’ve been to. I’d recommend this place to others for sure. Thank you Quest Diagnostics!

Be prepared for a very long wait, even with an appointment. I have had a standing order for monthly labs and every month now, for the past five months, they've lost the order. I truly wish I didn't have to go through this agony every single month. When I first began coming here, about 7 years ago, they were efficient and quick. Don't come if you can find another lab or be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour, even with appointments. Forget about walk-ins, those days are long gone unless you want to spend an afternoon waiting.
Update: they're the worst. Prepare for long waits. Every single time. I hate this place.

Check-in process was easy and efficient. I was called back a couple minutes before my appointment time and the staff was super friendly. What more could you want.

My appointment was for 9:10 a.m. I checked in, on time!, using their little electric gizmo which recognized me and screened the front and back of my driver’s license. Then, I waited. And waited. Finally I happened to look up at the screen and see some names but NOT MINE! I went to the door when it opened and asked loudly for help. Jason came out and said he didn’t understand what happened and asked me to be patient. This was 25 minutes after my appointment time. Then, about 5 minutes later he collected me and from there did a fine job. However, and to be clear, I didn’t even get an “I’m sorry for the delay.” Their front end system sucks! There is no attendant, no call button, nothing. Because I’m on Medicare, I can go anywhere. Both Quest and LabCorp are with walking distance of my home. Next time, someplace other than Quest.

Could have been worse.
I had an appointment at 8:30 AM. They were already behind schedule( 20 minutes delay)
They lost my specimen, I have to go again to submit specimen one more time.
On the bright side, the technician did not have any problems drawing my blood.

Went for a drug screen. Made an appointment online and was in and out in 20 minutes. Staff was friendly. Not sure about the other reviews but had a good experience.

Been there multiple times and never have to wait to be called, they will always on time. But this time they were 20 minutes late from my appointment schedule but staff are awesome. They’ll send you text notification and easy to check in with the countdown on what time you should check in on my phone . Very convenient. Always have a very good experience with the staff, they are very attentive and gentle. I only put four star because of the 20 minutes late before I was called;11:40 was my schedule and was called @ 12:00. But it was the first time that had happened to me.

Came in for a blood draw. I made an appointment and was seen about 15 min after. I see a lot of people complain about the wait times, but honestly what medical office calls you back at your exact appointment time? The staff were very courteous and the phlebotomist that took care of me was great. I didn’t get her name but I didn’t even feel it! There was someone training and I overheard that they are only given ten minutes for each patient. This may explain the crazy wait times as my blood draw alone took more time than this. Anywho. Just a reminder to be kind and patient. They are doing their best. I didn’t mind my little wait. I brought a book just in case.

I have been here multiple times to have bloodwork drawn over the last year. The wait each time is longer. Last time I was here they were closed with no warning. It's really not worth coming here. Find another lab.

I scheduled my appointment online, but when I arrived there was no appointment on the check-in computer. I don't know what happened, but I was able to be seen as a walk-in, which I was very grateful and I did not wait long.
