These guys were so great fixing an issue that Jiffy Lube caused while we were on vacation. They had us on and out in 10 minutes close to closing time. Very friendly. Definitely stop by if you need help with your car.

Oil change, tire rotation and state inspection were quick. Front desk staff were also very nice and helpful.I typically go to Discount Tire for new tires but I was blown away that Quick Lane beat their price by hundreds of dollars. I also trust Quick Lane staff more as I've had studs and wheels damaged by Discount Tire before. Great that Quick Lane can be a one stop shop!

Needed an oil changed in the F250 before we got on the road. Pulled up to service center at 4pm on a Saturday only to be told they closed at 4 today. Hours posted Saturday 8-5.What is up with running a business and not staying until closing hour? NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

My 2022 Ford Ranger was serviced here. The guys are great. I was there first thing in the morning on Thursday. The guys got the oil changed, and tire rotation done within 35 minutes. Great service!!I also requested the Bulter Service. My goodness, it was worth the wait. Your detail guys are by far the best!! Looks like I just drove it off the lot. The bulter service is recommended. However, consider dropping the vehicle off. This is a 3 hour job!Thank you for your fast and friendly, professional service. Greatly appreciated!!Ford Family,Andrew

Needed routine maintenance at 32k miles but reviews on Ford service here were 1s! Went in to Fast Lane service and was told about 45 min to be service; one customer sitting in waiting room and one behind me. When technician went out to get my vin number I asked the other customers about service and they both had used this dealership with good satisfaction. My Escape has been great and I wanted quality service but the reviews worried me. During service they showed me the air filter and indicated it was ok but my decision to replace. Oil, tire rotation, and other systems checked and reviewed with me, all in reasonable time.My experience here was timely and good. Now in Asheville more permanently, I feel good about returning for service here.Thanks, express team!

My last review posted was deleted by...????? Absolutely horrible staff. Careful not to post a bad review if you plan on getting future services or business here. They will ban you or tell you that you are not welcome to receive any future services. I was banned for posting a deservingly poor review. Unprofessional staff! Who has talked to the GM? Raise your hand. Anyone, anyone? On vacation, unavailable, in a meeting? Who gets to talk to the GM? "We are here for you, the customer." Yeah, ok. If I could give a crumbled star review, I would.

Great salesman. Katie in the service department is almost impossible to contact to schedule servicing. This is extremely frustrating. If she had the enthusiasm of the sales crew, it would make dealing with this dealership pleasant. I know she is not on commission, but she directly affects future business for the entire dealership.

Tire air pressure-- My f350 is supposed to be 60 in the front and 80 in the back. I expressed this before I dropped my truck off. I left ( the first time) and got 80/66,65. I took it back and got ,"if you would have just drove around it would have reset". They reset it. ( Why didn't they do that to start with?) Drove around 3 miles and got 68,66/80. ....So I parked in front of the building and fixed it myself ,( I spent over $600 in this place today.)Wow this is getting out of hand, do your job currently or get a different one.

I called for Service and they scheduled me 2 months later. When my appointment came I brought my Truck in and was not too pleased with their pessimism that it wouldn't be covered under warranty. 4 days later I learned they want to keep my truck into the following week AND they have not even touched it. Why did I wait 2 months for an appointment for it to sit there untouched for a week? I've dealt with other Ford dealerships and this was by far the worst experience of them all.
