“Cheryl and her team did a wonderful job, in a difficult time for me and my family. Health issues forced the sale of my parent's beloved home of the last 20+ years.
Cheryl was there in the beginning, connecting me with local resources to help sort the condo's contents, selling at auction what we could and donating what we couldn't. Cheryl also connected me with a great local stager. After a fresh coat of paint, my parents’ furniture and a few thoughtful items and artwork added by the stager, the condo was ready for listing with a price engineered to get interest in a crowded marketplace. There were 5 other units listed in the 85-unit condo complex.

“My fiancee and I do travel work for hospitals. We were looking for a place to stay that is furnished as our assignments range from 13-15 weeks. This property management group was very pleasant to work with and straight forward which is what we need. We only had to call for maintenance once and I had requested for filters for the air conditioner. The maintenance man that works for them got in contact with me immediately and we set up an appointment for him to come, he fixed the issue quickly and left the area even cleaner than before. For the filter, they shipped it directly to me and I changed it myself as it’s very easy of course. Easy communication is something very important for these contract assignments and they did provide that. For our stay, they didn’t charge for cleaning fees which only meant we had to clean the place really well before we left which we actually prefer. The move in and move out was very smooth and they provide physical handouts and email remainders. Lastly, the contract we signed with them for the lease was very fair and resonable. Definitely would recommend as they are a good property management group here in Asheville.”
