Make sure they don't charge your card twice! This will be my last time doing business with a company largely operated by computers/ artificial intelligence. My card was charged when we ordered the service for $369.00~ ( we received a military discount of $45 )~ Upon completion of the service the technician texted me a vague description of his app only processing $48.50 on my credit card. ( it was obvious at this point that no one communicated we already paid! )... Upon calling him he claimed it was an extra charge and he would have his manager call me back~ No call back received. We made 3 attempts to contact customer service for refund with refund promised however no refund issued . The last service rep we spoke to talked over me the entire time and was determined that we owned the extra charge~ $48.50. My Husband then got on the phone with her and pulled up our email receipts, forwarded us to a manager who then said we were correct and should not have been charged the $48.50~ Mistakes happen . The real issue here is lack of real person communication and unwillingness of multiple customer service reps to resolve the issue. This has now wasted 2 days of our time. We are now waiting for an issued refund of $48.50 , if its not received my next step in the better business bureau and dispute of transaction on my card. And please , save your automated reply because no one wants to here it!

I wanted to use them for the first time and I have questions. Its REALLY FRUSTRATING that you cannot talk to anyone on the phone. Your only options are an automated system that cannot answer your question or online chat. THAT IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Don't even try calling to speak to an actual person because it's all automated.... Not very helpful in my situation at all.

Vehicle was vandalized while on vacation. Safelite was able to tape window shut within an hour of the incident being reported. They also vacuumed up the remaining shattered glassThey were then able to set up an appointment for me at my home location where they came to my home and fully replaced the window.Replacement process took less than 2 hours..... Right in my driveway!!

I had an interview Tuesday of last week I’ve been told I’d receive paperwork moving forward via email with the process within 24-48 hrs it’s now rolling around on the following Monday so almost a week and every time I contact the number provided i cannot get past the automated message to talk to someone! As the holidays are rolling around I am trying and really putting in the effort to start working with the company but it’s an act of congress to get ahold of anyone.

“I am here to make money”. Safelight tech on not honoring lifetime warranty.My rear window shattered while parked under a clear sky. Would not even look into wether it was poor installation. He said it all.Office lady told me an acorn broke it,.? Nope, not ever again.

My appointment was at 9:30 am and they told me it would be done by noon. I got a notification they were starting at 2:30 PM. At 5 pm I went over there without a call and literally stood outside the cashier window so they couldnt close until their employee returned to the parking lot after his "joy ride". They ripped my security cameras off but didn't put them back on correctly. They went way over budget on labor because I'm a woman and they thought they could rip me off and I wouldn't notice.

Gouge performed very well and deserves a round of applause. He had a tough crack the fill in on our brand new Subaru, but he did a great job. I hope it will last many years, cause we don't want to replace the factory windshield in our Outback.

I had to drive over an hour to get my windshield replaced. Even though they advertise to come to you and replace a windshield, it is difficult because of the recalibrations that must be done to the newer cars windshields. Safelite in Asheville did an amazing job! They were on time, completed the job easily, and just was a pleasure to deal with these professionals. They even took the necessary stickers off my damaged windshield and put them on the new windshield for me. I cannot say enough good things about this Safelite. Thank you for making the drive worth it!

I was frustrated that my only-4-month-old Hyundai had a cracked windshield (another thing to blame I-26 for, right?), and figured I should have it replaced at the dealer rather than some company I don't know. Turns out it really had to be done at Safelite, and I'm sorry I doubted them. Thorough follow-through with explanations and appointment reminders beforehand. They have a comfortable waiting area with wifi, and the work took less time than I expected. They even took care to save the cool sticker I had on the exterior corner! Now THAT's how to run a successful business.
