The food is top notch, delicious, and 10/10, with guests raving about the quality and going back for seconds. Menu standouts include paella stations, Swedish meatball appetizers, vegetarian and meat lasagnas, Caesar salad, and even vegan Chicago dogs. The staff is wonderful, very kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, ensuring clients feel very taken care of. They are also committed to supporting their community. Sage and Spice makes events special, allowing clients to relax, have fun, and enjoy the food experience. They are highly recommended for a seamless catering experience where you will not be disappointed. Market hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM.
