After a $160 dollar bleach job went bad. I decided to dye my hair back to the root color. I went into this location yesterday and the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me! They picked out everything I needed and it worked phenomenally! Thanks ladies!

I went in to the Patton Ave. store yesterday evening with an hour to spare before their posted closure time. The person working did greet me and asked me what I was looking for, so I told them I have curly hair and I'm looking for a deep-conditioning mask since I'm out of my usual. They just started picking up packets and ringing me out before I could even look at what they were charging me for. I had run out of my usual stuff and really needed to wash my hair, so I used the stuff I was given and now my hair is very unhappy with me. I'll be going somewhere else in the future. I'm mostly hurt than anything else. Was it because I was still wearing my grubby work clothes and didn't look good?

Beware of the No Return Policy for clippers! I asked for a small clipper, along the lines of the Peanut, and was offered several boxes to chose from. I thought they were all small ones, but they weren’t. I purchased one for about $200. When I opened it and saw that it was a large clipper, I tried to return it. Even though the clipper was unused and the box resealable, they wouldn’t take it back. I was never told about the policy before my purchase and it was not posted. Writing to Customer Service resulted in a standard form response. I will never shop at Sally’s again. Amazon has better customer service!

First time in this store and it's another dangerous one for me ?....they have anything you could need to make yourself look and feel beautiful without paying salon prices. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and happy to answer questions! Plus the sales were amazing!

I don’t usually like to review places but my experience with this sally beauty store in particular was very frustrating. I came in to buy a Blue Black Demi permanent hair dye with the corresponding developer. When I came in, I asked the store manager what developer I would need and how much I would need. She gave me her advice, I assumed she was knowledgeable and bought the products. I dyed my hair that day and it didn’t end up dying it all completely. Had brown hair leaking through in areas and somewhat translucent. I then came back and asked a different associate that it didn’t work and she told me it was the wrong developer and that I needed a different one for this specific dye. I thanked her and went home and mixed it. It was very watery and I ended up having to throw it out. I called the store and told them what happened/asked how I’d go about getting a refund since!I just wasted about $50 and still had black/brown hair. She was very sweet (associate/not store manager) and told me I could come in for a refund and apologized. I just came in today and the store manager was there. I told her the situation and asked for a refund and she told me that it wasn’t possible and looked at me condescendingly while backing herself up saying that it was possible for my hair to come out correctly with said developer. Tell me if this mixture looks like I can put it on my head ? Thankfully I called the other Sally’s in Fairview and they gave me a refund. So go to the Fairview one for better service.

went in this afternoon with my friend, was being checked out by the cashier while her coworker complained about throwing out opened products. the coworker said it was “f*cking r*tarded” and made the cashier and my friend and I visibly uncomfortable. we were the only customers in the store and I just feel like (as someone who works in customer service) that conversation should have waited for after we had left the store. we are both autistic and the way she said it was very hostile and derogatory. do not come here, we will not be going back. not the first time I’ve had sub par service here.
