Good prices, quick turn around and pleasant service. Pretty much says it.

As a Sam's club member for many many years, I shop there everyday for my business. Just a heads up y'all should probably get a different person to work the "customer service" counter. She was the rudest, un kind and just trait up mean person. Do better and always remember..mean people suck.

I was at Sam's in ashville today and my grandson is nonverbal autistic and the man that checks thw receipts at the door when your leaving said he needs to be wore out he never had any discipline my mmaaw said he's autistic he said we have autistic people that work here and don't act like that all autism is different nobody is the same my grandson makes louder noises when he's overstimulated he wasn't being mean or anything he was setting in the buggy this man should be glad I didn't here him say this and my mMaw did it would not have been. Pretty site if I had this man obviously has no manners or respect for anybody he needs another Jon were he isn't woth the public he will open his mouth to the wrong person one day and it will be on SAMS when that happens I will not be back to this store

I will probably never go to Sams again. Just had knee surgery and very hard to get around. Could not get an answer on the phone after MULTIPLE tries. My dog is 7 years old and has NEVER had any dig food other than Pedegree! The web sight only said not available for curb pick- up or ordering on line. Got my crippled self there, they were out? Or don't carry it anymore? Also did not gave ANY antifreeze!! Totally dead trip!!!! AND really had a hard time getting in and out of the store when a SIMPLE phone call would have helped!!!!!! Yes have, not gave, dog, not dig!

Not sure if they went out of business or what?? I used to be a regular customer for decades, but have tried getting an appointment for 2 people for 4 weeks. No one answers the phone during business hours, and then no one ever calls back for weeks and weeks. After a few calls and letting time pass for a call back, none received, I wound up having to someone else to get appts. I recommend Northlake Optical at Biltmore. They got me in and they were affordable without insurance. FYI.

The lady working at the customer service desk was less than friendly when I returned a item purchased online that arrived damaged. If you are going to work in customer service you should at least TRY to be nice ! You're not going to win any customer service awards with a snippy attitude like that!

I was told by staff & manager they could not fix my flat tire while I waited and the next appointment was in six days. Six days on my SUV's donut would be dangerous as it states no more than 3. Free tire repair is useless if problems can't be fixed in a reasonable time. Back to Costco for future purchases and sorry to have tried Sam's again. Sam's was closer but not worth enduring bad service or in this case no service as I had to go elsewhere and pay to have it fixed.

Dr Krempecki examined my eyes and I took the Rx and ordered my glasses on Zenni Optical. I have used Zenni for 7 pairs of glasses with no problem at all. The two pair of glasses came and they were so far off! I went back to Dr Krempecki to recheck the Rx, she changed the left eye slightly but no other changes claiming maybe Zenni Optical made them wrong. I had to return the two pair to Zenni and thankfully they gave me a credit. I reordered another pair and that was wrong...could not see right. Again going back and forth with Sam's Optical and they are claiming no wrong doing. They recommended I send that pair back to Zenni to check. Zenni sent them back to me saying they were correct according to Sam's Optical Rx and said no refund or credit can be offered. Then Dr. Blackwood (the owner) examined and she changed it to what my old glasses Rx was and I told her I am stuck with this pair from Zenni based on THEIR prescription and cannot get my money back. It was their error and they could care less. They didn't even apologize that I was out that money and my time having to go back to them four times to Sam's Optical and my postage and time sending glasses back twice to Zenni to recheck them.I now will go and spend money on a REAL eye doctor to prove how wrong they are.Really bad customer service...the doctors don't seem to know what they are doing. Save yourself some time, money and headache and go somewhere else. I am so disappointed and frankly disgusted with how they handled this.Jeanine the office manager is the only shining jewel there, she was kind and sweet.

It's good. It's a Sam's Club. They are enforcing masks and give one at the door to those who forget. Peace and love :)

I love shopping at Sam's Club. They have everything you need in large amounts so it's great to be able to stock up on stuff and be good for a month or two before having to go back. The employees have always been friendly and ready to help. However, my 2 star rating is because of the unfortunate experience my mom and I had on Thursday September 29th. She had ordered me some new tires and they said they'd be ready to be picked up later that day. She wasn't told anything about having to make an appointment, she was just told to come in and have the car ready to be serviced. So long story short, we get there, and the team lead for the Battery and Tire center, was very rude and unpleasant. We walked up to the counter and he ignored us so we waited for about 3 minutes until my mom showed him the receipt on her phone. He says, "do you have an appointment?" So she tells him she didn't know we had to have one. He interrupts her and says, "I asked if you had an appointment, not if you had tires waiting here" and it only got worse from there on out. He was very ugly and short with us, he rolled his eyes when I tried to pay with my debit card. Thankfully I was able to get his name, Rex, and that he was the team Lead for the battery and tire center. One thing is for certain, I'll be buying my tires elsewhere next time. Rex was very rude and unprofessional. It's a shame to see that Sam's Club is hiring people who obviously hate their job and take that anger out on club members.

I just had a horrible experience at the gas pumps. While attempting to pump gas I was harassed by another person. I have two small children and while trying to attend to them, get my cards out of my wallet and talking to my husband on the phone. I was screamed at by someone who had just pulled up behind me. I explained I had two small children in the car and asked if there was something I could help her with and she continued to scream at me. She then drove erratically from behind my car to the front of my car continuing to scream at me, then back around to the back of my car before the attendant asked her to find another pump. While pumping the attendant then came up to me saying he has had two complaints about me (keep in mind all I did was pump my gas) and that I needed to keep it moving. I told him I'm just trying to pump my gas while being harassed. And he had nothing to say, then I called the manager (mike) who gave me a bunch of corporate bs and said he would look into it. Bottom line I was harassed with two children in the car and then treated like I had done something wrong. I was terrified this lady would do something to me or my children and tried my best to remain calm. Sam's need to have better security around so ALL of their members feel save. If you decide to purchase gas from this establishment, please use caution and be aware if something happens and you feel unsafe to just call APD because the employees especially the management won't do anything to assist you.

Went in today. Last time I went I swore I would never go back. There is no customer service at checkout. My total was like 15 bucks and it wouldn't accept my debit or credit card. Told me onscreen help was coming. 15 minutes later no one came. Now I'm going to Ingles to shop twice today. Terrible place.

All their staff are very friendly and professional. The assistant, Miss Jeanine was very accommodating when I called and asked for details. During my eye examination, Dr. Amy checked my eye thoroughly and was very kind to answer my questions. At the optical center, Ken, the guy who assisted me, was very patient to quote my lenses since I have an old frame I just need to be replaced for a higher power. I don’t have any insurance so I think their services are high quality at a low price.

Had a great time looking around and even got some amazing chocolate. Which apparently you can only get once a year which I found interesting but love the chocolate. Also love the free food samples you get as you shop. The food that we had along with a drink was a shrimp wrap with Greek yogurt and rotel tomatoes and the drink was a Lipton Green Tea Citrus. It's a great place to go to get things a lot cheaper and in bulk. The only downfall is I wish I had one closer to my house. But I enjoyed getting to spend the day with my grandmother.

I like Sam's; it's a great place to stock up on almost everything you could ever need. Yes, lines are long and it's usually crowded, but what do you expect from a warehouse club store? All the staff I've ever encountered have been friendly. The food is terrible; never, ever eat here. It's like a school cafeteria, but worse.
