As a Sam's club member for many many years, I shop there everyday for my business. Just a heads up y'all should probably get a different person to work the "customer service" counter. She was the rudest, un kind and just trait up mean person. Do better and always remember..mean people suck.

I was at Sam's in ashville today and my grandson is nonverbal autistic and the man that checks thw receipts at the door when your leaving said he needs to be wore out he never had any discipline my mmaaw said he's autistic he said we have autistic people that work here and don't act like that all autism is different nobody is the same my grandson makes louder noises when he's overstimulated he wasn't being mean or anything he was setting in the buggy this man should be glad I didn't here him say this and my mMaw did it would not have been. Pretty site if I had this man obviously has no manners or respect for anybody he needs another Jon were he isn't woth the public he will open his mouth to the wrong person one day and it will be on SAMS when that happens I will not be back to this store

I will probably never go to Sams again.Just had knee surgery and very hard to get around. Could not get an answer on the phone after MULTIPLE tries.My dog is 7 years old and has NEVER had any dig food other than Pedegree!The web sight only said not available for curb pick- up or ordering on line. Got my crippled self there, they were out? Or don't carry it anymore? Also did not gave ANY antifreeze!! Totally dead trip!!!! ANDreally had a hard time getting in and out of the store when a SIMPLE phone call would have helped!!!!!!Yes have, not gave, dog, not dig!

The lady working at the customer service desk was less than friendly when I returned a item purchased online that arrived damaged. If you are going to work in customer service you should at least TRY to be nice ! You're not going to win any customer service awards with a snippy attitude like that!

So my experience was a comedy of errors on my end. I ordered online and managed to order the wrong tires - always do a final check.From Sam's end of things, the guys were incredibly patient and kind. Getting the right tires ordered was a breeze and the young man who helped me (I should have gotten his name, but didn't) was attentive and perhaps the kindest soul I've ever seen in a big box store / auto shop. When I went in for the installation, the shop was a little busy, but Dominic and crew were friendly and helpful. They seem like a real team.Be aware that if you want tires installed, they are booking appointments about a week to 10 days out. With an appointment, my 4 tire install was done in about an hour. It takes about 3 days per the app for tires to arrive and they will call you to schedule when they get your tires. If they have what you need in stock, you can be worked in, but appointments take priority, so you may be waiting for a while.Overall, I got a great deal on a nice set of tires and everything is going great. I didn't need them urgently, so it was no problem to schedule ahead of time. The staff was easy to work with and made me feel at home.Edited to say: After reading some of the other reviews about waiting at the desk, look to see if there is a Q code in a frame at the register. Scan with your smartphone camera and tap the yellow link that comes up. That will notify staff that a customer is waiting.

Don't bother. Tried calling several times was put on hold for 20 minutes before I tried calling back several times. Each time the line would ring then go to a busy signal or I would get transferred to a different department to answer. At one point someone answered the phone and hung it up. I understand being busy but this is just bad customer service. I've called corporate and made a complaint, but I doubt anything will be done. I will definitely be getting tires anywhere else but here.

I was told by staff & manager they could not fix my flat tire while I waited and the next appointment was in six days. Six days on my SUV's donut would be dangerous as it states no more than 3. Free tire repair is useless if problems can't be fixed in a reasonable time. Back to Costco for future purchases and sorry to have tried Sam's again. Sam's was closer but not worth enduring bad service or in this case no service as I had to go elsewhere and pay to have it fixed.
