What a great core workout! Although the megaformer may initially be intimidating, Michaelyn is a fantastic instructor to guide you through the movements. She is supportive and encouraging, providing helpful demonstrations and analogies to perform the movements using proper techniques. Michaelyn has high energy throughout the workout AND her playlists are on point!

This might be the best workout ever. It does take a little time to build up strength but I’ve never felt so strong and I’ve spent decades doing every form of workout under the sun. Strengthening, toning. Everything is done slowly and the slower the harder it is. It’s like Pilates on steroids, so injuries are practically nonexistent. It isn’t cardio but you do get a little. Great community around the studio too! Everyone’s super supportive.

Scorch is my happy place! I look forward to each and every class. The instructors are very personable, attentive and extremely passionate about the method, which leaves you wanting more! Doing the high intensity, low impact movements in such a supportive environment feels so good for my body (and mind). If you’re reading this and are considering trying it for yourself, take this as your sign to go for it :)

My wife was trying to convince me to go to her beloved scorch class for 2.5 years. She made it to 250 classes and I agreed to try it out. Whoa. It is a game changer for me. I get what the buzz is all about. I feel stronger and better than I have in many years. I saw results after the first month amd now go 4 times a week. Thank you Scorch!

The Lagree Method taught at Scorch is quite amazing and brilliant. The teachers are encouraging, patient and very knowledgeable. I was looking for a way to get a challenging workout without being high impact (which I used to do but my body didn't like.) The low impact yet high intensity exercise style has made me so much stronger in not only my body but my mental capacity as well. My balance has improved and so has my endurance. I love it!

I love Scorch Fitness! The teachers here are exceptional and we are so lucky to have them! The L'agree method is incredible for gaining strength, toning, alignment, even cardio, and I have so much more energy now. Most of all though, I fell in love with the way I feel after a Scorch class. Scorch is now a verb in my house. ❤️

After taking Lagree pilates in California, Colorado, Minnesota, Florida, New York, and North Carolina, I can confidently say that ScorchAVL is by far THE best workout that I've experienced! The owner is committed to the method - proper technique to keep clients safe and challenged at every minute - and empowers her instructors to get creative to keep the workouts high intensity, low impact, and incredibly effective. Each instructor has their own style and brings such personality, proficiency, and passion to the class. LOVE it here, highly recommend!

I’ve been doing Scorch now for about two years and I Can honestly say it’s changed my life for the better. I was super resistant initially because anything called scorch just sounded like torture, and at first I have to admit it was really uncomfortable, but the payoff has been tremendous. Full body workout, the timing is great, I feel challenged, supported, and motivated to show up. The accountability really works for me as does the low impact high intensity method. Teachers are excellent. This is money and time well spent!

Best workout ever and the only one that I’ve continued with long term. I love that I’m always challenged and that the classes are only 45 minutes. I’ve been able to continue with classes (with modifications) through injuries and pregnancy. Amazing and friendly instructors& Covid-safe environment - would recommend Scorch to anyone!

I wanted strength training to complement my running and cardio workouts and decided to try scorch at the recommendation of a friend. I was hooked after one class. Low impact and total body with a focus on core and stabilization muscles. It has eliminated all of my joint pain when I run or do impact cardio and I love the long lean muscles. Every instructor is committed to helping you get the most from your workout while maintaining proper form! Oh, and I’m 50+ so it’s great for all ages!

I was pretty intimidated, not having worked out in a while but the coaches are great and supportive -they keep me coming back! The class is challenging in all the best ways!
