Took car in for an oil change and everything was working perfectly fine before coming here. Now car is not picking up speed properly and having issues going up hill. Absolutely unacceptable. I expect a full refund and company to pay for whatever damages they have now caused.

NC Inspection Station - DO NOT USE! Rude, can't speak English and added 100,000 miles to our car's odometer reading on the inspection form last week! The same thing happened to our truck today - added 100,000 miles to our truck's odometer reading! Really careless work for the amount they charge.

Hope the owner reads this one....I've a GMC Sierra Denali 2022 and have a slow leak in a tire. Drove in and asked if COULD FIX.... yet busy. Came back 2 days later and a new crew....told me you DONT FIX TIRES and told me to go somewhere else. Guess what, the owner is definitely losing money from me. Just wanting you to know.

Stopped in to see if they could take a look at my tire which seems to have been slowly leaking air. They were so kind! Got me right in, patched the tire and sent me on my way! It's nice to know there are still good people out there! I'm paying it forward...... Thanks guys!

The service station at this Shell gas station is where we go for oil changes and vehicle inspections. It is first come first serve basis and never a long wait and a great price. The staff is friendly and professional. Ata, who we have dealt with most often is always happy to help and he is extremely knowledgeable. They give you an invoice to pay for the service inside the gas station which is always clean, well stocked and friendly service in there as well.
