Great place with great food and great vibe! Staff was friendly and service was quick. The avocado toast is the best I’ve ever tried. It’s hard to find a good açaí bowl but this one was one of the best I’ve ever had. They ran out of granola the second time I went, but they made sure to make me aware so they could make it right or I could change my order. I wound up getting extra blueberries on my bowl. Sometimes things run out on busy days (I had come later in the day on a Saturday), and I was impressed with how they made ensuring the situation was made right a priority. Absolutely excellent customer service out of these folks. They’ll be seeing me again soon as I’m heading back to Asheville tomorrow.Dietary restrictions: Options for gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian.Parking: Park at the Ingle’s grocery store and walk one block down.Kid-friendliness: I saw several families with kids.

I had the tempeh reuben on sourdough, but forgot to take a picture of it. However, it was super delicious! Wholesome vibe all the way around!

I had a vegan bagel and lox (made of carrot), which was delicious. My husband had a vegan sausage biscuit. They are located in West AVL, free parking and dog friendly.

I live local and bike past this place all the time, so was excited to try it today when I was starving at school pickup (because I skipped lunch and my daughter asked for an afterschool treat, I figured we could try something new!)The food was ok, I got the banh mi. The seitan was so wet, the bread got soggy immediately, and it seemed to be missing the mushroom walnut pate and the spicy mayo. I've heard breakfasts here are amazing so maybe I'll try that next time.The worst part was my daughters smoothie - it was virtually flavorless. For a $10 smoothie, I expected a bit more. I was really surprised since I know this cafe is known for their juices and smoothies.I am vegetarian and eat really healthy, so I was excited and hopeful to have a spot down the road where I could pop in for breakfast and lunch while working from home, but this spot fell flat for me.

We tried to get into a different breakfast spot down the street but the wait was ridiculous so we stepped into this little place and so glad we did! The smoothie and breakfast bagels were delicious! The coffee was pretty good too.

A perfect casual spot for breakfast and coffee. Try the breakfast crunch wrap supreme! The avocado today was fantastic as well. Maybe park at Ingles if it's hard to find space, it's super close.

Update: If you can imagine pouring juice into a bowl and adding toppings, thats what their açaí bowl is now. It's still good, but it's a water consistency every single time. Not to mention, the customer service is terrible. I never understood why all the staff were so aloof, but now witnessing the demeanor of the manager made it crystal clear (whom I met because of):I ordered the same thing I do every time (which includes 2 modifications) and on my most recent visit, they made it wrong the first time and then still couldn't get it right when they remade it.

I enjoy coming here for breakfast or lunch. Beautiful space with lots of plants and nice big windows. Usually I get the vegan bagel & lox or the banh mi, both are great (there are several other vegan options on the menu but I am a creature of habit). Their smoothies are tasty too.

We visited Simple Cafe for lunch - super tasty sandwich and juices, everything was super fresh and filling. Great coffee - extra points for the diner-esque mugs ☕️☕️ Loved the vibes of the place as well!

One of the best banh mi I have ever had! I am not close to being vegan or vegetarian, but am so glad I stopped in for lunch one day on a whim. The sandwiches are amazing, and this is now a go to spot for the family!

Came in for a late breakfast and ordered the Kind of Blue smoothie (blueberry, banana, almond butter, chia seed, flaxseed meal, agave, almond milk) and the Breakfast Burrito (scrambled eggs, mole sweet potato hash, spinach, avocado, tomato, cotija cheese).Both were terrific, healthy and bursting with flavor. I appreciated the pleasant staff and the eclectic, chill environment.And although I didn’t get it this time, the Super Duper Açaí Bowl (acai puree, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, house-made granola, chia seeds, coconut, almond milk) may be the best in town.

When I say this place is perfect I am not overstating or exaggerating. The juice was well balanced in flavor and chilled to perfection. The menu has something for everyone and the wrap was Devine. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and answered all our questions, the seating was comfortable! I mean it literally is just amazing in every way!!!! Going back tomorrow!
