Sales Person, was personable, knowledgable and friendly. The choices were plentiful and and noway did we feel pressure to buy. We researched before we got htere so we were pretty sure we were goign to but, but his presentation sinched and he was honest and did not try to upsell us to at level we did not need!

A waste of $8,000. This is the most uncomfortable bed that has caused myself and my husband a lot of pain. About 6 months into having this bed my hip started hurting. It has progressively gotten worse and now my husband's hip is also hurting. We are both in physical therapy and wake up in tremendous pain. We are putting it into storage and getting a new. We have only had this bed for 2 years. Very disappointingas I write this.

I had one of the best customer service experiences of my lifetime with Richard. He was so knowledgeable, kind, warm, and professional. I'm excited to take delivery of the bed in a really short time.

The people working here are fine, nice polite helpful. The problem start after you buy a bed. The quality is shoddy, your bed will break frequently. But the warmth sucks. I’ve had my bed for less than 2 years and already have had to pay for service calls and replacements parts, so while they say it’s warranty it covers nothing. Also the app and bed won’t work well together, you’ll constantly have to reset your app and bed. Almost on daily basis, just to be able to change firmness or raise or lower. Don’t waist your money. Go spend it on good traditional mattress. It will last longer and less headaches. The worst purchase I have ever made. Also if you contact the store for help, they tell you there is nothing that they can do. So you call the main cust support line where I was repeatedly lied to and treated like dirt for asking for help with the 10k bed I bought from them.

After looking online at pillows I found a Sleep Number one that looked interesting. I went in and the sales person was very knowledgeable and patient. He ordered what I wanted and the process was super easy. Would highly recommend.

Pretty unhappy with the service we received in store. We were told about a sale they were running through tomorrow. It was still WAY over priced. After we left our salesperson Dallas, says we could get an additional 20% off if we knew anyone that had purchased sleep number before. Lucky for us we had. So Dallas puts our dear friends through needing the register for the discount and send us a code. We get the code and she sends us the final total….only to find out it’s $1,000 more than what we were promised. When asked about it we were told that their current sales price wouldn’t be honored with the discount code that she told us would be included. Overpriced mattresses and beds that you might as well go buy a good used car for the price of their beds. We bought elsewhere.

Recently, we stopped by Sleep Number has we’ve heard so much about these beds. Our associate Richard was beyond helpful, in helping pick out the best fit for us, answering questions, and arranging delivery. The only unfortunate factor is that now we have to wait a month before we get it. Very excited and can’t recommend more highly!

The buying experience was great not a lot of pressure.They politely asked for the sale and after some due diligence they got the sale. No pressure to upsell, looking forward to our new bed next week .

It was an absolute pleasure working with Catherine! She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m a12 Year SN bed owner and have developed relationships with all of the SN associates that have helped me through the years, both Catherine and Richard are no exception. I’m glad to have found more SN Family.I would like to add that, I have seen comments on here about other brands (I will not name but you know which those are) mostly about being cheaper but also just as comfortable. I just want to say, while that may be a true statement/opinion, I personally know that the other brands do not hold up to the sleep number quality. 2 of my beds were 12 years old and still going strong, no issues, no dips, no breakdown. The fact that you can clean pretty well every piece of it is priceless! I only made this purchase because I sold my household and moved across the country. To date my family had purchased a king size, 3 queen sized and a twin now for my teenager because our new space is small. Sleep well all.

I went to the Asheville Sleep Number store in May to look at new beds. I was helped by Michael Whitt, I also interacted with the other staff members while I was there. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. Michael Whitt took the time to explain the product line to me and answer all of my questions. He let me try all of the beds out and I ever tried a few multiple times as I narrowed my decision down. I am very happy with my new bed, I am getting the best sleep of my life and I cannot say enough good things about the people at this store!

Wonderful experience with Richard in Asheville Sleep Number. He took the time with my husband and I to test each mattress until we knew which one we wanted to purchase. He was patient and answered any questions we had.

Sleep Number Asheville takes very good care of its customers and does not try to upsell what you don’t need in a bed. They are truly looking for what the best match is. RB is an exceptional sales expert and took the time to explain the technology behind a few different models we were interested in. He did nor pressure us to buy, but allowed us to make our own decision and walk with a quote in hand. He offered to watch for upcoming sales if necessary, but we were able to contact him over the phone and arrange financing and delivery. We are looking forward to delivery and starting with our pSE. It was extremely helpful to visit the Asheville store to understand the nuances of the different bed models and find what worked best for us. I’d encourage anyone to visit the store in person to really make the best choice!

If having a 6000 split king air mattress is your thing then go ahead. And that's almost the cheap one. Your but sinks and puts more pressure on your back and legs. After 2 nights I still can't find a good setting. It's not for me at all. So now I have to wait a month to get back to sleeping good cause they won't take it back till then. Big mistake. I'll buy a 800 adjustable frame and a 300 foam matress and I'm sure it'll be better than a air matress .
