Pack your patience before your trip here! Be sure to make a reservation online so you have hope of a short wait! I canceled my internet service the night before over the phone as I already have another service up and going. Price rate and speed of new service puts my Spectrum account to shame! I am a 17 year customer with Charter/Spectrum if not longer, I should have done this sooner! I saw the reviews for this location and knew what I was in for just to turn in my equipment. I made a "reservation" online for today, signed in 8 minutes early at store and waited for 50 minutes just to turn in equipment which took no time for associate to scan, log and give me a receipt once it was my turn. I only got out that fast because I had a reservation and there were not many people there until after me. The hold up was new phone customers, which takes a while I get. But it would be nice if they had a better way of handling phone customers vs internet/cable customers. You are stuck there waiting to give them back their equipment, so you are credited with doing so and not charged for it!

The people that work there aren't much more help than the people behind the counter at a little Caesars Pizza. I had to make two trips of a total of 60 miles and things are still not right. They're doing things differently than what the people at tech support say they're supposed to do and they seem very confused. There were 4 stations but only 2 manned including one guy who was definitely a Spectrum rookie. There was an older woman who I suppose was the manager but she stayed behind a locked door.

2 people working and 17 to 20 people waiting! I waited 2:15 min!! As much as we pay for cable/internet/ phone, this is just horrible. Person who helped me was very nice and helpful, but a paying customer should not have to wait longer for Spectrum service than to see a Doctor!!!

I sat here at the Spectrum location and was so impressed as Kathy and the staff as they worked patiently with all kinds of characters... There were Karens, maskers, unmaskers... Folks that were more than frustrated to wait for service more than 30 min. Kathy and the staff were incredibly professional but most importantly showed empathy. It was so nice to see. I imagine it can't be at all fun taking that kind of intensity. I'd like to say that Lucius (the Manger) has put together a team that I'd love to have at my business! Keep up the great work y'all. I'm grateful for you. Thank you.

No joy: got abandoned by the person helping me (just disappeared while I waited...) - and then, didn't answer 2 emails. Disappointing cause I just switched from Verizon (hmmm. causes me to wonder some about Spectrum...)

This place is a mess. Many employees without masks, short hours, and rude staff. My first visit they messed up payments, and the second I waited 45 minutes to be told I could not be helped, after the staff member who signed me in said they could help me with my problem....I never thought I'd miss Verizon....

I waited for approximately 2 hours. Once I was able to have my name called, I approached the receptionist which was an older lady who had just got her vaccine booster and made the comment that she was running a possible temperature due to the vaccine. It's something to wait 2 hours, It's completely different for someone to be running a temperature due to the vaccine or covid. Avoid this location at all costs poor management and a overall horrible experience that me and the other 20+ customers had to endure.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews, I had excellent customer service today and they got me in and out very quickly even though they were four people ahead of me in the queue. Will definitely return to this location if I need any help with my service or my phone.

Walk in with three people there don’t realize you have to sign in when there’s only three people there to simply drop off equipment to turn it in. Meanwhile other people coming behind me and sign up on the computer then I sign up five people in the store now and they say it’s gonna be 45 minutes but then there’s a problem with the guy upfront can’t get anything done so you know it’s gonna be an hour to hour and a half. two employees with six computer stations no employee could so much as suggest any thing at all or pay any attention to those waiting or tell them to sign in or make it any quicker to simply turn in equipment left with my arms in the air what a joke

Wow! I can't believe I'm the only customer who hasn't had any problems with Spectrum! I had the bundle phone, TV and internet for many years 10+. Finally cut the cord 2 years ago but kept internet. Internet has always been stellar! And I live in the boondocks!! I really love Spectrum for quality services! Thanks for doing a great job Spectrum!

Their ok i guess, unless you need something repaired and moved because someone else damaged it and they want to charge you for it. I just don't understand so watch out

They only had 2 people working any given time and actually let the lobby fill up with 20 people this visit before saying we all had to wait outside except 1 customer at a time. Sheer Covid filled chaos. No real authority in place. Time to #DumpSpectrum
