WHAT A JOKE! Tellers on their cell phones. Charging an $8 fee to cash a check. Transferred a trust account out of there based on the ridiculous experience. Left that branch and went to FIRST CITIZENS BANK where I had a great experience! Buh bye truist.

After dealing with the website and the manager of this branch directly, they have no idea what products they sell. And to get any service with them you need to have a pretty large account.

The branch is closed. They have not bothered to tell google maps. They have very little branches and most are poorly staffed. I wonder if they are going out of business everywhere.

Truist is terrible, website is not responding , 800 number is a 50 minute hold. This is unacceptable. We will be moving our accounts.

No ATM, no drive thru service. A joke that this is still listed as open. I tried visiting over a year ago while in town and it was the exact same situation. Really not that hard to update either

Terrible customer service from Jeremy laziness as a priority!!!I called customer service national line , they spoke with Jeremy to print my monthly deposits separately.The online account does not allow to do it for more than 90 days , you can do it per month bot only for the last 90 days.I needed them separately per month for the last 6 months!He asked me several times WHY I need them separately??? That is my personal information I don't have to share it with him!!!!He printed them all in a long sheet not separately!! And then HE SAID cut the sheet as you need !!!FYI, I went to the Weaverville location and they printed like I need it!! So Jeremy you are lazy and a bad perosn no compassion and 0 customer service!!!!
