This is where I used to take my car to get my oil changed. Well, I hadn’t use them for a while and just recently decided to get in the oil change from them. Everybody was nice and the customer service part was good. But a week later my car starts overheating because there’s no coolant in my car and they did not inform me, they tried to tell me my car had a leak in which it did not. They tried to blame it on work that I had done two months ago. And that was still not what the problem was. The problem was that they did not check my coolant and did not inform me that my coolant was completely empty. And then I call and they proceed to do absolutely nothing but blame it on other things that are irrelevant from the coolant being empty. Needless to say I will NOT being coming back.Service: Oil change

Took my daughters care in today for m oil change and tire rotation, work was completed and payment made, all was good until she started home and called to tell me her car vibrating real bad, I thought it might be because she had not rotated them in a while and the we’re wearing different and changing the location on car caused the vibration. She got home and her husband check and found in the left rear wheel out of 5 lug nuts only one was tight and the other 4 were barely on. That was a very dangerous situation for her . I went and talked to Craig and he said he would handle to issue and gave me a refund for the rotation. Not sure I will do business there ever again, that was a very very bad mistake on the tech’s part.Service: Oil change

Don't bring your care here! Twice this shop messed up my oil change. First time they didn't get the filter installed properly and oil leaked all over my garage. Most recent time 1 month ago they put the wrong size oil filter on my car and oil had been leaking without my knowledge. It was 2 quarts low after 1000 miles! Poor poor service. So disappointed this shop is in my neighborhood. They should be ashamed of themselves!!Service: Oil change

Have been going here for years. The last time I took my jeep there told the young attendant when he came to my vehicle and asked what I needed. I told him an oil change with Mobil 1 synthetic as I always do in all vehicles. They finished it quickly. When I went to pay however, the bill was only like 49 dollars. Usually it is almost 80. So I asked the attendant taking my card if that was for Mobil 1 synthetic. He tells me "he didn't tell me that" Well the sticker on the windshield from my previous oil change here should have been 1 flag to know, especially after that is what I asked for. Then he tells me it is their synthetic blend. So now I have no idea what they put in it. Not sure how the attendant not telling the tech what oil was to be used in it is my fault. If you go here you will want to go in before they pull your vehicle in to specify what you want done or the is no telling what is about to happen

No complaints about service. But, FOX FAKE NEWS was streaming in the waiting area. I will not return, because I value truth and reality as essential to the survival of our world and nation. Went there yesterday for a state inspection. Was 3rd in line on the right side. The last vehicle in the left lane decided to leave w/out service (that should have been my clue). Normally, they get you in in the order which you show up. Yesterday, however, they took 3 vehicles that came in after me and were in the left lane (no alternating patrons as normal). After more than an hour and a half (again, a simple state inspection) and the 6th vehicle to come in after me was in the left bay, my vehicle was finally ready. As I was paying, I asked the gentleman at the counter if they no longer alternated vehicles and he simply said, "I was just doing what I was told". Service here has been ok, and the owner was present yesterday with no concern for customers. Due to shoddy customer service, neither I, nor my family/friends/co-workers, etc., will be using them again.

I pulled up in the left hand lane to have an employee cut me off and say this is the last car at 1240. So I decided to go to a next door shop for few minutes and exited that shop before 1pm. As I did, they were pulling in other cars/customers. I pulled in front of the building and asked the owner if they were closed. He looked at his watch and said, “yes, we are now.” I told him his employee had cut me off earlier and I asked him to maybe discuss what exactly is quitting time with his staff. He just said, ok. I’m a disabled vet, on a budget who likes to buy local. This place will not get another dime of my money. I was so disappointed.

Felt like a bait and switch.Took my vehicle in for a rear diff fluid change $43, transmission drain and fill $43, and a coolant change $79. So total $160ish.When I picked the vehicle up, they did change the diff fluid, no coolant change had been performed, and I was charged $150 for transmission flush. So $207 and no coolant change. I was surprised. I just went ahead and paid them which I now regret.I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know that they took it upon themselves to flush the transmission without my authorization , and also to let me know that they couldn't change the coolant. Poor communication. And they left the hood cracked open!
