My husband and were there with our kids this past Thursday evening and what an experience. Drew and Roger were very knowledgeable and helpful. There was an issue with switching my daughter over to my husband's plan and Drew was constantly contacting the T-Mobile people to fix the issue. I'm so thankful for him and Roger. Thank you guys! I owe you guys some cookies

First I want to apologize to Drew I told him I would do this when we first switched over my large account...with that being said to the above higher ups Drew should get a promotion he was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth and he was extremely patient with us as we switched over our account a big thanks and again I apologize for not getting this done sooner than I have

I’m leaving T-mobile just because of this store.Bought a phone with them for my wife, when we ordered it they told her “what screen protector are you gettin?” So she thought it was some kind of promotion or something.She said she doesn’t know so she asked what he recommends, and he gave her the one he picked.Then when I got a receipt and I saw it was $60+ for screen protector(?). And that it’s gonna be shipped together with the phone.I then I went to tell them I don’t want it for $60+ dollars, that I want to cancel this order and get my refund they told me I can’t do that because I have to receive the screen protector and then come return it. Later we found out that it’s gonna take longer to receive our phone (and the protector too). So we waited, a little over a month, we get the phone and go to the store to return the protector and they tell us I can’t do that because we bought it over a month ago so it’s too late now. I told them the situation, but they said they can’t do nothing about it.So I was frustrated but had no other choice I guess, and told them to go ahead and install it since it comes with a “lifetime” warranty with a free replacements etc. They installed it and after about another month my wife cracked the screen protector. So we go there to get warranty replacement. Came with receipts, box and everything. And they tell us they can’t do it because we didn’t get apple care with them. I told them they never told us that we had to do that in the first place, and if I get apple care I wouldn’t need screen protector to begin with. So all we get “sorry we can’t help you”.Then I told them warranty comes with the screen protector not the phone, which they told me to go to that protectors website, register our product and order replacement. And they’ll install for free. So that’s what I decided to do. I go there, register my product and oh no, it’s $15 to get a new one, $15 for shipping, and $2 tax. So $32 to get another one. So guess what I did? Yes I ordered 3 pack from Amazon for $10.Basically lost $60 with them.Don’t go to this place. I’m switching carrier as soon as my contract ends!! And I’m not talking about quality of their 5G service…

This is to commend Drew, the one with the magnificent beard! What a nice man! I was in his store many many times and Drew stuck with me until the problem was solved. He is very knowledgeable about mobile services in general and especially about T-Mobile.Now that I'm all set I think I'm gonna miss the gentle giant of a mountain man...

This is a busy store; however, I received great customer service from Drew Cash and Trinity. It was a process getting my family switched over from our previous provider to T-Mobile, but I was given the best plan at a very good price. Drew explained everything along the way and Trinity got our old lines transferred to our new phones in no time. I was appreciative of the care and patience this team provided.

Phenomenal experience with Drew (manager) here at Tmobile. Although our account was full of unexpected speedbumps with sorting out our access, Drew navigated our experience and went above and beyond to make sure we got everything sorted out. Glad we came here and highly recommend Drew and his team.

We were told that T-Mobile would buy out our contract from Verizon. It was over $3000. We paid Verizon submitted receipts as required. One year later no gift cards. They keep giving us the run around. Saying it's coming. I think its coming. As a side note the mobile service is horrible. I wish I had something good to say but there is nothing.

The folks in the Asheville store are all awesome and professional !However, before you switch to t-mobile, do your self a favor and check National ratings.As a company, not the awesome local guys, the company have a 1.4 star rating out of 5 stars.I only looked at the local reviews and not the National reviews before I switched. HUGE MISTAKE!The company makes it easy to get your equipment but hold on, the company has terrible over pricing they don’t tell you in the store and what I thought I was going to pay actually doubled. And God forbid when you’ve had enough and ready to switch carriers.Major money, delays, and charges you’ve never seen or heard.This is not a good cell company so run before you regret ?

Drew was awesome! Cody too! Drew helped us old people swap my friends flip phone to a smart phone. He was so patient and helpful!!! T-Mobile is a great place to get a phone and service!!! Very affordable and supportive!!! I'm thinking about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. Very knowledgeable and kind, fast service!!!

I have been in Patton Avenue store multiple times in the last week and a half to replace broken phones and the set up of new phone. Dealt with multiple employees, all were friendly and accommodating. So glad they cared about customer service!!! Was very pleased every visit!!!

My 7 month experience with T-Mobile Home Internet -- BAD PRODUCT, AND BAD ACCOUNT MANAGEMENTBad Account Management- I was lured into signing up with a $50 pre-paid credit card, but never received because they could not technically process the pre-paid reward; and then I was never compensated for that; and ultimately and flatly denied reimbursement, well after the 60/90 day period that I was obligated to stay with them. Their reasoning was that this was never money for me, but just credit on future services -- now THAT was a bait and switch if there there ever was one.Bad Product - why I cancelled the service:- I was intrigued by the simplicity of the setup. It is merely the box placed correctly that connects to a cell tower (only 500 ft away for me), and then you connect your devices wirelessly to it -- a strong signal for me! But, immediately, there was tiling and dithering that i noticed -- not burdensome but noticeable. And THEN, every evening, the service would just drop and require me to UPSTAIRS AND REBOOT THE BOX FOR IT TO RECONNECT. Yep right in the middle of "Stranger Things" episode, or perhaps on a work call that would drop. After 3 times calling and receiving completely inadequate ("I don't know why it is doing that") answers, I had to decide to cancel.But I didn't cancel until the 3 month period was up; since I never cancelled the AT&T service, I fell back on that service.

Came in for a phone replacement I have been a customer with tmobile for years and years....they need some new people and someone that knows how to do there job...the 2 men working had no idea how to replace a phone ahahahha...I will never be back here again.. don't recommend this place to anyone looking for anything
