They provide over 300 trips a day to buncombe county residents on Medicaid Ada and low income! These guys deserve a standing ovation for how they route and schedule these rides around one another! I applaud you guys every single day your job is hard and yet you still come in to try to make our rides possible! You guys really are they true unsung heroes behind buncombe county's Ada Medicaid transportation!!!!!”

“I ordered kitchen cabinets from Home Depot - 31 of them! Today they were delivered by two excellent gentlemen. Because of the way my home is situated, they had to unload each cabinet, bring it down a set of uneven stone steps, across a wooden footbridge over a creek, uphill to the side of the house where they could gain entry. It’s strenuous work to carry just one! These fellows (wish now I’d gotten names -one from El Salvador, the other Costa Rica) just buckled down and did it. Neatly stacked in my house, they even made sure all the labels were visible so they could be easily checked in. They were mindful of the boxes and respectful of the property. Everything was handled in a courteous and professional manner. Couldn’t be better.”
