“Five stars are not enough, We rented a 26 foot U-Haul and had trouble with the after hours check in , spoke with the main call center about the issue for what seems hours. So we decided to call the dealer at Martina’s on a Sunday and she not only had us in the truck check in but she took time to actually do it from her phone and walk us through the process in less than ten minutes. Ten stars ?”

“I went in to find an LED light bulb and we (me and the store manager) couldn't find it anywhere, so I just decided to get a different kind which was sitting above a price tag of $13. I went to self checkout, and it rang up for $54, so I was confused on why. Me and the lady working self checkout went back to the light section to see what happened, and apparently it was placed above the wrong tag which wasn't even their fault, and they gave it to me for $13! Being nice to the employees can make all the difference at places even though they probably would've done that anyways :) Thanks guys!!!”
“This locations store manager, Don, is excellent! I was having a very difficult time trying to find the truck that I needed for a one-way move. I went into the store because it is hard to use the app. He took quite a bit of time explaining everything and did searches on his own for me. He was extremely pleasant and nice to work with. He actually sent me a text from his personal phone to let me know that the truck we were waiting for came in to the store. He cleaned it and had it gassed up and ready to go for us. Excellent service. I can’t say enough good about this ( Employee). If I need U-Haul again, I would go there, and I would definitely recommend this location because of him.”
“After a little mixup by my mom they helped us get what we needed and checked it over thoroughly and switched us to one with fully working turn signal/hazard lights and took the one off the list that the lights didn't work correctly on to get it fixed before offering it again.”
“The good/great - I rented a cheap truck to move items that I wouldn't been able to move otherwise. What more do I want for $100?!Yes it is confusing to go into the mall for car rental services when it isn't clearly stated. Yes the lot to the trucks is hidden out behind the mall. No they are not abundantly staff. Yes the staff can be curt.All I can say is 2022 doesn't look to be shaping up to provide any more willing labor than 2021. Good luck to all those unsatisfied customers who don't want to pay more for a truck, but want a truck and to get pampered at the same time.”
