I typically will only write reviews for restaurants, but the staff here were so helpful! Just wanted to thank the staff at this location for doing all they could to get my package to me. One of their trucks wrecked and delayed a package containing live animals (saltwater fish and coral). They held the package for me and allowed me to get it first thing once the truck was unloaded, early on a Saturday morning. Otherwise the delivery would have been attempted Monday which would be an almost guaranteed death sentence for the animals.THANK YOU GUYS!

Whoever typed my name on the box spelled my last name wrong so when I went to pick it up, they said it wasn’t there. I went back again a few days later, and the guy had enough sense at CVS. They asked me what my address was. That’s how I wind up with my package.

I would like to compliment Daniel at the ups customer care center in Asheville. He was extremely helpful to us trying to get my fiances new computer before the long new years eve weekend! Sometimes i think customer service in this country isdead. Then i meet people like Daniel!! A credit to your company!! Thank uou so much Daniel!!

While I don't have very much trust in any of the postal services are country can afford, at this particular location, there is at least one employee that gives me hope. Albert was very accommodating and honest and made a difficult task easy. I hope all my future interactions with UPS in the future can compare.

THIS... IS... IT!!!!!Here is the most prestigious company on high, who was courteous enough and kindly enough to offer me a job, and subsequently hire me on the spot.And all I had to do besides heading over to their office for my orientation with a few other prospective employees, was acquired a pair of sturdy work boots for them.UPS are the first company of whom I have ever worked for and gotten paid as a result of my diligent efforts. Yesh, I still work for them, in case this was not clear enough. No, I do not regret accepting the entry level position they offered me.Now, for all of you Superior Fans who happened to know I am also an established author of a certain series involving giant, anthropomorphic like space animals, and beings, including humans, who trained and gain wings with which to fly, please allow me to speak on behalf of our prestigious company...I understand which there might be some of you who feel dissatisfied, either with our drivers or with our delivery members. But, first, I beg of you to stay your criticisms against us! Having been employed by this company as a driver's helper, I have come to understand how difficult even a single days worth of parcel deliveries can be. Not only this, but I have also come to appreciate all of the tough toil and risky responsibility which comes with a job such as this one.As one enormous team, rather than many individuals, we are doing the very best we can for every single customer we have. Especially considering the limited size and scope of our own time and resources. And yesh, they are indeed limited. Thus, on this closing note, I humbly ask you all to consider the source of one single employee, me, and my words, before you judge us too harshly.Thank you... To all of you customers, and also, my fellow employees and friends.

Tried everything I could on their website to get my 106lb package held at the Asheville customer center for me to pickup instead of my house. No such luck.

It has been an ongoing issue with not receiving packages on the day I should. Pay for 1-2 delivery, product sitting in warehouse. Call and have to speak to someone in the Philippines… why charge customers for express delivery 1-2 days knowing your company CANT DO IT. It makes no sense to send packages to site that is closed and can’t make the deliveries. I was able to speak with manager on duty and she truthfully explained that she does not know why they charge for the guarantee delivery… it will never happen, she does not have enough workers and building is closed on Saturday.. no sorters… many of the previous reviews mention the same thing… PAYING FOR A EXPEDITED DELIVERY AND ITS NOT HAPPENING. Terrible business! I would never use them, if it wasn’t for the place I purchased for didn’t use them.

I literally have to ask any store I buy from online if they can use anything other than ups. The amount of items that have been stolen off my porch is insane and when I require a signature, I shouldn't get a email with a picture of my package just sitting on my porch. How hard is it to get a signature from the homeowner if they requested a signature only delivery? Hell id rather deal with the post office being lazy and not delivering my packages than you guys just letting anyone just take my package.

Same as most of the other bad reviews. UPS doesn't care about their delivery customers because generally they are not the one choosing UPS. No way to call and speak with anyone to reschedule delivery or schedule an in-person pickup, website doesn't work to change the delivery and the only phone number available just sends you to the website. I'll certainly try my best to avoid ordering anything that goes through UPS, USPS at least has nearby locations and people who pick up phones to help.

Absolute garbage. Had a driver commit fraud this week and refuse a package without attempting to deliver it, just tossed it back and filled out the form saying we didn't order it. Filed a complaint with corporate and never heard back. Never got our daughters birthday gift, no resolution. This is 100% typical of this location.

If I could rate a negative number I would. I had a package expedited and was told it was out for delivery Friday 6/16 and had until 7pm to arrive and it was on the truck. No package as of 7 on Friday evening and closed the weekend. No way to get my package. Store closed at 630 so not sure why it stated 7pm, Start looking at expedited packages and give companies the option to pick up. I now have to wait additional 2 days and who knows if it will arrive on Monday. More complaints on my end due to part not arriving to get heater back up and running. Poor customer service.

Posted hours differ from actual afternoon availability starting at 4pm. Only open for 5.5 hours per day for pickup - I'd recommend an alternative if you have the option.

Package not received, no correspondence from UPS. Tracking says it's been there since Dec. 20th. Now they say it's not there. Where is it, nobody can tell me ! Very poor customer service
