I've been using this post office for the past 6 years and have never had anything but good experiences.

Showed up @2:51 this past Thursday. There were two elderly women with packages inside lobby area waiting at the doors of the actual post office part which were locked and all the main lights were off inside there. They were confused and said they had been waiting for over 15 min with their packages. After several minutes we all left because it was clear that nobody was in the building nor would someone be coming back. I promised them I would leave a review here bc someone in charge needs to know that someone keeps closing this post office hours early. It’s a public service and there are people like the elderly ladies I spoke with who had to drive on congested roads only to find that the staff here aren’t doing their jobs.

I setup a mail forwarding service and since that time I have received important mail a year late! Thanks east Asheville PO for not doing your job. FYI there is this thing called placing a note on the mailbox to forward. I have no faith in the USPS as I’ve run into trouble at my local office in Arden as well.

Refused to delivery package despite direct requests from USPS consumer affairs that package be delivered. Additionally, I was never able to get someone from this post office on the phone, which is why consumer affairs became involved.

I was waited on immediately, there was no line Friday afternoon (3:30). The service was proficient, meeting all my needs. They'll get my business on Fridays.

I do recommend this USPS post office. Clerks here will patiently explain to you, what you need to know about Shipping. Great and Knowledgeable Clerks are Working in this USPS office.

This is the best post office I've ever been to. They are always efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've been there many times and never had anything less than a great experience.

3 times now I have waited for a notification that I have a Package. 3 times the notification never came. This last Package arrived on July 17th. I couldn't find it until July 26th when I went down to the Management office of the Apartment building I live in. There in front of the office was about 20 boxes. I found my box and all those packages had been just sitting there for weeks. A
