I want to give a huge shout out to Melanie who went above and beyond in customer service!! She helped me with my mother’s account and stayed with it until we got it solved, all 2 1/2 hours! A big thank you to her and to this location who have employees like her to help!

Wow, so many great reviews. I can't say the same. Five people in the store. One employee went behind a closed door as soon as I walked in and never saw him again. Four people in the store plus me. I didn't know who was a customer and who was an employee. I assumed two were customers and two were employees. When I walked in I didn't get a greeting or a, "we/I will be with you in a minute." I looked and walked around. No acknowledgement of my presence in the store. I stood stationary for about 5 minutes, then walked out. Not very welcoming!

I walked into this store with my adult son (Verizon customer) to fix a SIM card issue on his phone. I have been with another service provider for 10+ yrs. Josh B was our service representative and he’s absolutely amazing at his job. We left the store with my son getting a new phone and my daughter and myself switching to Verizon and getting new phones! There was a slight issue with my phone number transferring over, it took a little longer than normal. Josh B went above and beyond to make sure this process was handled correctly and stress free for me. I will not only recommend people to switch to Verizon I will send them directly to Josh!

I got the opportunity to work with Stanley when I went to get several lines which was a long and tedious process. Stanley was very patient throughout the process and answered all questions regarding the new cell phones. One of the lines was for an elderly family member that has a vision disability. Stanley went above and beyond to help find a user friendly phone for her to ensure she would be able to use it due to her disabilities. After getting the new lines of service Stanley made himself available for us to call and get answers about our bill / phones days after leaving. Overall wonderful experiences and everyone loves their new phones! Thank you Stanley!

I got great service at this location. I came in with a difficult problem: closing a deceased loved one's account. A very empathetic associate named Josh helped me out all he could and treated me humanely to boot. He went out of his way to call customer support on my behalf and listened to what I had to say. Tues, 8/22/2023Stanley Yurth and his Trainee, at the Patton Ave Verizon office, in West Asheville, NC, were supportive and very helpful, when I arrived with a list of six questions. I took notes. I admit I am computer and internet illiterate. Am I the last Earthling to be taught there is a tiny switch on the side of my i-phone, that controls Sound Notifications?! Now I can hear my phone ring.
