Inaccurate store and pharmacy hours they text saying RX is ready and the pharmacy closes at 6 but you show up and they close at 5! Won’t even honor their own text msg….

This pharmacy or pharmacist has a real issue with customers, I received a text after having to wait a day to verify insurance for a child's asthma medication. To only be told it's not ready and dismissed. If the medication is ready and paid for why can't I just pick up my child's medication? Oh yeah Amelia is there but it's October I guess her broom is getting a tune up!!!! I love healthcare NOT! The second picture is where she threatened to call the police in March if I didn't get out of her drive through. I didn't so she wrote on the bag for me to go some where else. The black marker is my corporate complaint number where I'm still waiting for a call!!!! Hopefully I don't die!!!!! Thanks for your amazing service, Amelia!!! I pray you need medication for your kid that's paid for and ready and you encounter someone just like you!!!!! Amen!

This pharmacy is an absolute joke! Pharmacist and staff are all very rude. Based on all the other reviews, seems like there’s a general consensus there’s internal issues that upper level management needs to address.

Since we’re rating this place as employees instead of customers I’d like to say I quit because the other technicians did pretty much no work. Constantly ignoring customers, taking well over mandated breaks, calling out weekly, not knowing how to even type a prescription and no desire to learn anything new! and pushing themselves to the back for no reason. Yes I was the favorite but only because I worked hard and picked up after everyone else the whole time. It was a very small team of us with only a handful actually putting in effort, so we all fell apart. Walgreens doesn’t fire people that walk out mid shift multiple times and have 5 callouts per month because we were that desperate. I bit the end of it always working and staying late.

You will never see the same Pharmacist nor will they be pleasant to deal with. Worst Walgreens ever after almost 2yrs of dealing with them they finally lost my business. WalGreens is a the worst esp that s one. The reg employees are great, just the Rx.

NEWI worked at this pharmacy until recently. Let me just say the store would be a great place to work, store manager is amazing as well as all the store workers! Unfortunately I worked in the pharmacy! I gave 100% from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. There was a lot of favoritism, someone who was hired after me received a lot of favoritism, I was treated like an outsider and was hardly ever rotated until their favorite got what she wanted from the pharmacy and quit and I was treated a little better. The pharmacy manager is shrewd and has a sour attitude towards employees who are not her favorites and has a rude sour attitude toward customers. I have to laugh at the fact that the one they favored the most got what she wanted and quit! I will really miss the customers and have grown close to a lot of them. It's just a shame, I loved the job itself. Treat your employees equally and get rid of the rude, hateful attitude. Give employees besides your favorites a chance to do other things rather than front and drive through and you might be able to keep employees. It's not hard to be kind to patients! I wouldn't recommend working at this pharmacy unless you enjoy feeling like you're less than, and if you do, just hope you become one of the favorites! I really cared about the patients and hope something changes so they can be treated with care and understanding!

I'm giving two stars instead of one because, after multiple attempts and flagrant attitude and disrespect from the pharmacists, I actually obtained my potentially life-saving medication. Both stars are for the individual working the pharmacy register, not the disgruntled, toxic, hateful individuals filling the scripts themselves. Fancy me I didn't know that being on deaths door from a respiratory virus warranted such treatment. Apologies to me for existing and needing help from someone in a position of "care." Never again will I frequent this medicinal repository of the damned.

The pharmacists at walgreens really deserve some credit. Especially since c19 struck I’ve been impressed with how some of the Rx folx at my local walgreens have handled some intense work environments to say it lightly. They deal with with some seriously stressed out and unreasonable people. That being said walgreens like anywhere else has had some seriously staffing issues and you can definitely tell.Just switched to this walgreens and have to give a shout-out to Amelia and one other young lady I forgot her name but she worked the drive thru somewhere around august and October last year. but cheers to y’all. Very helpful and professional

Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The line wait times are simply astronomical. Be prepared to wait for at least an hour in your car to pick up your medication. They are so incredibly short staffed that they can’t even keep the walk-in pharmacy counter open inside the store. It’s not the employees fault, it’s this corporation. They must offer poor benefits and bad pay, because the staffing issue here is a nightmare. I would recommend not using any big chain pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS. I’ve had great experiences at local pharmacies such as Sona.

After multiple hold times of an hour, standing in line for 30 minutes this time the pharmacy has gone too far. I arrived at 5:20 to pick up a pain script just to find the pharmacy closed. I was notified that my script was ready this afternoon, but no warning of early closure. Thanks Walgreens, now I get to suffer all night in pain, probably because you don't want to pay your people to stay open. I hope the loss of business was worthwhile for you to save money and longtime customers. Great decision making.

Currently still on hold for over 50 minutes, waiting for covid results that were supposed to have been emailed 2 hours ago. Walgreens, figure out how to provide good service please. Update: I waited over 90 minutes and then it hung up on me. Then pharmacy staff went home without notifying people of their test results. This is a neglectful practice towards patients waiting for health care results. All of my prescriptions will be moved to CVS now. What a joke of a pharmacy. Read the other reviews, it isn't just me.

Clerk said she’d be right with me. Been waiting at the counter for 15 minutes since that happened. I’ve been waiting for over 24 hours for my prescription to get filled. Kept getting robo calls from them saying it was delayed till I sat on hold w them. They’re real nice once they get to you but that can take some time.

On the phone for almost 25 minutes and told there is only one person ahead of me. I called in my RX's to the automation and it told me I needed to hold on for help after it took all my RX numbers. WTH good is automation if I still have to speak to someone who won't answer the phone???? Time to move my meds to the independent pharmacy.
