Our regular Walgreen’s was out of stock of Amoxicillin. I called them and asked them if we could have it filled at another location, so they called this location for me. It was approaching 6 pm and I hadn’t heard anything so I called to check on it. The pharmacist told me it was ready but they were closing soon and had no apologies or concerns when I told him no one had notified me. I told him I would leave immediately, my son was in severe pain from an ear infection. Called on my way there and he told me to go to the drive through window. Pulled in 3 minutes past 6:00 and they refused to acknowledge me at the window. No empathy or accountability whatsoever. Not sure if it’s corporate policy to refuse a customer a few minutes past closing time but if that is the case I would have appreciated him explaining that on the phone and offering some sort of compassion.

This Walgreens is actually the worst. I’ve been coming here since 2012 and it’s declined every year since. The pharmacists are largely rude and unhelpful (other than one lovely lady with curly hair I don’t know her name) for god’s sake they can’t even pronounce the name of the medications. They take forever to fill scripts and last week while sick with pertussis, they made me get out of my car and come inside (was in the drive thru) whilst telling me to “hurry because they are closing soon” I’m sorry but you waited until ten mins before closing to let me know my meds were ready after I’d been waiting an hour already. They didn’t fill my cough medicine and said there was no prescription sent in for it. Wrong. So after I pointed that out, they told me to hurry up and come inside just to have a pharmacist blankly tell me that they didn’t have the syrup in stock. She also proceeded to mention the rest of my meds were over the counter (um, prednisone and symbicort and albuterol are not otc medications) I’ve held off leaving a review for a long time but the incompetence is astounding and getting your meds filled here is a grueling and needlessly painful task. Get it together.

Almost speechless. I have been getting a prescription refilled here for six months. Every thirty days on the 18th of the month. One month I waited 31 days before refilling, the 19th. Went back the following month on the 18th. They said that I had to wait until the 19th. Then went back on the 19th and they said sorry, but the prescription expired on the 18th we can’t refill it. This happened on a Saturday after the hurricane. I’m hearing impaired and am recovering from chemotherapy, radiation and esophagus removal surgery. Thank you Walgreens for being so helpful during this process. Now I have to wait until the prescribing doctor is available in two days to call in a new prescription. Great job Walgreens for not breaking any policy rules 🤬

First off I’m not fond this place. My first go around was they told me I couldn’t use the fifty dollars I gave them was counterfeit I went back to the store that I work at and they checked it it wasn’t counterfeit. They could have easily said that we aren’t taking 50s right now. I went yesterday over there the cashier was really rude. The guy manager just jokes around no wonder I don’t see many people going over there they suck. now going to ingles for things I need.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever experienced. The pharmacy assistant was rude and uncaring. The pharmacist was also rude. Don’t go there. They won’t treat you right.

Derek who works in the pharmacy department dislikes both poor people and those who value their privacy. The next time you leave a rude voicemail on someone’s phone, at least attempt to press the mute button. Thanks!

This certain Walgreens has a lack of caring and empathy for customers. They refused to give out inventory for a certain drug that has a shortage nationwide. Making a hard situation harder for a customer/patient is unacceptable.

We cannot race enough about the care that AFC urgent care has given my family we have been here on four separate occasions for different members of our family in various age brackets. They have always gotten us back in a timely matter each time and have provided excellent care!

I'm so tired of places being open till a certain time but not letting people in. Like ya'll were still open for 8 more minutes and all I had to do was add money on cashapp. Like, is getting off work a few minutes early really worth bad reviews and losing business..

Have to admit the last few times I had to get something from this Walgreens was actually a great experience. Their customer service seems to be getting better.
