The wait for grocery pickup regularly exceeds AN HOUR. It's absolutely ridiculous. It appears they have a very high staff turnover.

Yeah. Just don't. Ain't $hit changed... actually, it has...for the worst. The DG down the way has more to offer than this junk store. They've actually managed to make it nearly impossible to navigate through as a lone body so good luck getting a cart through this store smoothly...Why is that?! The MacArthur WV store blows this one of the water (take notes whoever is in charge of revamping this store, you know you have the monies) & that place is far from the tourist town Asheville is. Had a tall, older, darker male worker fart loudly all over the place as he strolled past a group of people... what's up with the blatant disrespect? This store sucks. I wouldn't recommend.

Walmart!!!! Please just STOP offering pickup. If you cannot accommodate more than 1-2 orders per hour, then ONLY take 1-2 orders per hour instead of tying people's money up, waiting for over an hour after the scheduled time, and still not knowing if the order will be ready at all!! This is BEYOND unacceptable. Some people really need to utilize this service and you all are making it more of an inconvenience than a much needed service. Just STOP!! I feel really bad for the ONE employee who is trying to keep up with the mess you have allowed to happen and continue to happen. We'll not be using this service. Consumer BEWARE! Don't use the pickup option and DO NOT purchase the + membership!

I just want to complain that Walmart on Bleachery Blvd are NOT policing people to wear masks! I take immune suppressing drugs for my RA and I had an entire family older people and small children, one kid stood one foot from me screaming at their parent! I complained to the two women monitoring the door and they said "There's nothing we can do" I thought refusing entry to these people was the rule, so so guess if I contract Covid 19 I can sue good old friendly Walmart for allowing people who do not follow the state mandate for wearing masks!! I refuse to go there any longer and suggest if you care about your health you don't either!

NOT overnight friendly for RV's. Unfortunately had to start our engine & move to Lowe's down the street at 10:30 at night, thankfully we didn't have sleeping children on board or that would've been even more a pain.

As always not every Walmart has the same layout. I found myself walking the whole store but the layout got familiar to another store I've been to. Nevertheless, I picked up a few things like instant oatmeal cup, on-the-go coffee creamer, body wash, and a hair product for my Asheville visit. Got everything I needed with no wait in self-checkout. Parking wasn't bad.

Went in here to get a Mother's Day gift and while I'm looking around I listened to two rude employees. They were working the jewelry counter and were complaining that people were shopping. They wished everyone would leave and stop bothering them. The one lady helped someone buy a ring and the second the customer walked away the employee starting talking about how annoying the customer was and how she wished that the customer would have "just stopped talking and left." She said it was annoying that the customer was having a conversation with her. She then continues to complain that she had been there since 11. It's 2:45 right now, not even four hours on the job and she's tired and saying rude things about the customers. I left because why would I shop at a place that doesn't appreciate business? I've worked in customer service my whole life and I understand having a bad day but to sit in front of a customer and complain that they're there is beyond me. Go work somewhere else if you don't want to interact with customers?

This place is a joke they only have one person working customer service and there was a line that had over 25 people in it and then I'll look around in there six employees that are doing nothing walking around talking on the CB trying to coordinate things instead of working the Majestic's sucks.

Been living in Asheville North Carolina for the last three years. Coming from New York, Walmart is an on usual store to frequent, but certainly a necessity There are quite a few in the area, but only one stands out as being a store that offers all that you could want in a shopping excursion. First of all, this store carries everything! The second thing, which is the most important part of the review is to let you know that the staff here at this particular location is heads and tails above the other stores in the area. Every time I come in, there's always somebody who helps me to find what I'm looking for. From my experience living here, that's a big big deal! Most stores have nobody to help you, and you got to really make some noise to get somebody to come and help you out On this one occasion, I needed somebody to assemble something for me in the store after I bought it. It's lunchtime here and the place is a madhouse. First, Vonkera spoke with me. She called for the store manager Mike, who came to my rescue and said that he would take care of it to make sure I got what I needed. There's nothing more to say other than how great is that? Having professional considerate people to assist you it's what good shopping is all about

If you are planning to get your ears pierced at this Walmart this review is for you. DO NOT DO IT. The price was $12.75. Although the service was really great the piercing itself was horrendous. My friend chose her earrings and was pretty excited, the lady began drawing the dots on her ears and kept messing up. My friend decided that she would place the dots herself. The lady quickly used the pierce gun and after 2 minutes she was done. When my friend saw her piercing she was horrified. (Photos are here) Don't spend your money here get your ears done professionally. My friend eventually took them out right when we got out of the Walmart.

This grocery has deteriorated over the past year. My monthly order has grown to over 200 per month. Recently omitting 50 per order over the past 2 months is seriously annoying.

Just came from the tire auto section! They were fast efficient and super helpful. I'm so glad I came to this Walmart auto center. Lacey the manager was super helpful along with the other managers and the crew members. I would give it 10 tires if I could :-) I definitely will be a repeat customer! Thanks

Super organized little Walmart with a huge selection. Came in here just to grab a few little things all we're on vacation and were pleasantly surprised with the massive selection. Gotta love supercenter Walmart's in the south!
