I will say that price is good. Most of staff is kind and helpful. With that being said several times I've been told that they don't have time to help when when I'm already there at register. I thought that they where in the customer service industry! I mean I'm paying for my medicine and just checking on my other prescription!

All 4 of my children get their prescriptions filled here. They are ages 2-15 & some of the medications change or havnt had a refil put in. The pharmacist is always quick to send a refill request in to their doctor and have it filled in a timely manner. A couple of times I've received text that meds were ready and they were not. So humanly flawed indeed but nothing in their behavior suggest malice or incompetence. They've always been friendly to my children & I. Received my Covid shot here and the best experience I've ever had in receiving a shot.i have zero complaints...

This place is an absolute joke. Went in to fill a prescription for my pet park with a printed out letter from our vet. Letter was slightly faded but they refused to take it. Refused to take a call from our vet then the asian lady at the counter called my wife a drug thief and yelled at her. She deserves to be fired and this places needs to be taught about what customer service is.

Pharmacy doesn't bother to check prescription updates. I found that out the hard way after I checked on the status of an order. I felt attacked on the phone for the misunderstanding that was the pharmacies fault. No apology was given. Same day, I go to pick up my prescription and I'm told the same thing I heard on the phone. No one bothered to update. Once the cashier figured out the situation it was "that will be another 15 minutes". NO apology. There is no communication between staff. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional from the way they hold themselves to their costumer interaction. Customer service is extinct.

Walmart Pharmacy on Bleachers Blvd Asheville NC is unacceptably unorganized. The customer service is in the gutter. When you call the pharmacy the phone just rings with no answer. If Walmart is too cheap to hire employees that are actually qualified, they have no business having a pharmacy. The rest of the store is mismanaged the same way.
