Went here to open a joint account with my fiancé, Johnathan Vogel “attempted” to help us. I could tell by his demeanor he was not interested in us becoming clients, probably due to our skin color and dress attire. He asked my fiancé why she wouldn’t continue banking at the bank she works for which is none of his business. He than made things extremely complicated in explaining how we could prove our addresses when we just moved here from New Jersey. We will be taking our business to another bank.

Maria, at the drive up, went above and beyond for me. If all WF employees were as kind and helpful as Maria, then WF could have a great turnaround!

Mr Chris Cauffey , banker, was so kind and helpful. By mistake I had a problem with a misplaced debit card. Even though this is not my official branch, Chris went through trouble to correct the situation. It’s people like Chris who make all the difference in service.

I have been a WF customer for ~20 years, and have a sizable investment with WF. I rely on professional partnership of all the staff due to VA and Probate requirements on my banking investments. Today I placed a call into this branch, which is the branch closest to my residence, and all I can say is the person who answered the phone was absolutely rude, uninformative, uncooperative, completely lacking in customer care. I wish it was possible to give negative stars, but one is the least allowed. I have since moved on to another branch who is being very cooperative, helpful, and professional.

My Son passed away and I had to go close his account and I was treated so nonchalantly, and they kept referring to him, not by name or kindly, but as the account holder. I had to go several times, for statements and it was awful.

Honestly one of the slowest bank I ever been to. I figured I go through the drive through to deposit my check and still get to work on time but nope. The workers at the window aren't doing anything and the cars that are in front of me haven't move in like 10 mins. They should really speed up their pace.

Fantastic bank excellent service they saw me at 4:58 two minutes before closing and had no issues with me coming in close to closing and they were able to help me. Great service

Worst experience ever at a bank, so painfully slow at even the simplest of tasks. The attire and tattoos of the employees make it seem like a seedy bar instead of a financial institution. I know, I know, it's 2019 and people really dont care how they look but my goodness this is ridiculous. Gag.

Went seeking assistance and guidance from a loan advisor regarding an equity loan to help with some urgent flood damage to our home and to cover additional bills. Was given terribly wrong information on the equity we could borrow against and the advisor submitted a loan application for an amount which would never be approved. Also suggested a personal loan at a higher interest rate to cover immediate expenses which we could pay off when the equity loan was approved. Now we are saddled with a high monthly payment on a personal loan with no equity loan. As a loyal customer for over 10 years I would expect that Wells Fargo would at least step up and take responsibility for their employee's bad council but everyone from the branch manager to the executive guest relations team refuses to offer a solution and right this, instead they only offer excuses and try to turn the blame on us. I will be working to move all my accounts away from Wells Fargo and would advise anyone thinking of doing business with them to think twice. It seems they don't have much desire to retain business or make a good name for themselves.

Just spent close to an hour here waiting for a banker to help us. There doesn't seem to be a shortage of workers, and we were told we wouldn't have to wait long - clearly not what happened. Save your time and go to another location.
