Went to this location on my way to airport, went in to do a routine qccount transfers I always do at the same time of the month. They wouldn't do my transactions becuase my card wasn't signed. I have done numerous transactions at other branches, in other states as well, Never had an issue. Especially when I have proper I.D as well as entering my pin to both accounts! That was more than enough to identify who I am. Not to mention the looks I was given on entry of this location as if I didn't belong. I wont say it was a racist act, but I definitely felt my ethnicity played a big part in the refusal to give me access to my money. I left the branch without access to my funds, only to arrive in Dalllas and get the exact transactions done without any issues!

I just have to say that Rebecca at this Wells Fargo location is the absolute best. She is always so nice and helpful. I am a broke college kid, and she makes me feel like it's okay to be broke, and that I am not being judged. We can laugh about my broke-ness, and it takes away some of the sting. (haha) Everyone at this location is super nice, but i just have to speak on Rebecca here. I always hope I get her on the phone when I call. Thank you Rebecca!

Matthew Arrowood and Megan-the teller were such a pleasure to deal with. Wells Fargo notified me that someone was scamming acct right away. Please be aware at all times but this bank has a great team watching out for you. Thanks

Avoid them at all costs. I had to deposit money into my college daughter's account and brought in my ID along with 3 $20 bills. I was told that they do not accept cash and would not deposit it into my daughters account. They tried to tell me that all banks are going to a no cash policy but if you go right down the road to First Citizens Bank, they still take cash and said they don't plan to stop! I've never heard of a more ridiculous policy for a bank, a financial institution, and especially when my daughter was in need of cash in her account. I will be suggesting my daughter leave Wells Fargo as soon as she leaves college! This is not a consumer friendly corporation!!

This place is NOT a bank.

WARNING this place is NOT a Wells Fargo bank. I drove about an hour and a half to this place to use an ATM only to find a pet shelter in the middle of nowhere. Total waste of time, gas, and energy.
