I had someone wreck into me back in April. WNC collisions did nothing but treat me with the best care. This was the first car I had ever bought brand new and within 3 months someone had wrecked into me. Insurance company was absolutely horrible and WNC did everything within their power to defend me. If I could shout it to the mountain tops for everyone to use them I would!!! Will never recommend anyone but WNC Collisions!! Thank you guys…truly!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Great communication. Dealt with the insurance company directly when my damage was a bit more than expected and did amazing work!!

These folks are awesome! I support local businesses when possible, and WNC Collision Center makes that an easy choice. Friendly, great communication, timely service and all-around pleasant experience with jokes and laughter, and such a positive vibe. Oh, and the work was top notch as well. They had to use old parts and pieces on my doors and windows, challenged with the inability to order discontinued items. Very impressed, and highly recommend!

I took my car in for some body work to WNC Collision. Michael gave me a reasonable and fair quote and told me my car would take one week to fix. He succeeded with both. I received professional and friendly service! I would highly recommend WNC Collision to anyone.

Got some rare fender and taillight and tail gate damaged . Took a month to get in for repairs, But got my truck back in 4 day even with hidden damage that they notified me immediately the same day that I dropped it off . I'm more than please, with the quality of work in a professionalism that the office did everything. Even when they're looking for more highly qualified technicians to fill some areas that they have along with there new shop best choice I made .

Western North Carolina Collision Center exceeded my expectations!
I was on a work trip out of the country while my car was in the shop, and they went out of their way to communicate in a way that worked for me across time zones. Their team was extremely professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. The work they did on my car was excellent — and the pricing was incredibly reasonable for the quality of service.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and thoughtful service!

I have not had any business dealings or repairs performed by WNC. The previous review applied to Caliber Collision. I have no idea how it was attributed to WNC Collision Center and apologize for the mix up. However, I have spoken to Michael and was very impressed concerning his attention to detail and concern of his clients.
