I have lived at Woodberry for about 8 months and love it! I enjoy living in a quiet neighborhood but still being able to walk downtown. I have a great view of the mountains and city skyline from my apartment. I appreciate that the units are reasonably priced and that the complex does not add unnecessary fees.

I've lived at Woodberry for 8 months now and love it! The location is great, being super close to downtown but still in a quiet and secluded area with great views. Maintenance requests are always responded to quickly. Very dog friendly and the dog park is a huge plus! Highly recommend
