“I’ve lived at Ascot Point for almost 4 years and it has been a great experience. Living at a complex as large as Ascot comes with certain challenges (noise, trash, parking, etc.) but the staffing makes it all so much better. The staff are all very capable, competent, and communicative. When any issues arise they are quick to respond and ready with solutions. There’s also a personal and personable aspect to living here. The neighbors are nice and cordial. The staff are always nice and never fail to remember to ask about my dog that they all know. I’ve heard people complain about certain things that seem to be outside of control of the complex staff, but that has never been my experience. During the aftermath of Helene, they were very helpful and accommodating. They supplied food and water to the residents when they didn’t have to and it was very much appreciated. Needless to say, but I would definitely recommend living here.”

“Things have been a little bit better, even with parking and I do like the staff here. But come on Mountain View this is ridiculous. You are really going to let someone park their RV in the only area where we have the Mountain View?? The name of the apartments is literally Mountain View and you are gonna let this person block the whole view? There is a massive parking lot by the first building on the bottom of the mountain let’s move it over there, we would like to enjoy our view! Ed”

“I am celebrating my third lease renewal at The Patton and look forward to entering my fourth year living here. I have enjoyed The Patton from the start, I truly think we have the best apartments in Asheville. The staff is amazing and the amenities and living spaces are amazing in and of themselves.

I got on here to give a huge shout out to the office staff Sarah, Ashley and to the maintenance staff Matt, Mario & Josh for the incredible job they have done following the devastation of Hurricane Helene. This is why I live here and stay here.

They have made me as a resident feel so taken care of. Many of my friends at other apartments have had no communication or help from their apartment management, but at The Patton we have had regular, daily emails with important information and updates, amazing attention to flood related maintenance issues, had a BBQ!!!, they have brought in food and water, and helped us all with countless issues and problems that we just needed a helping hand to resolve.

I hope that they ALL will be getting raises and this will be considered in their compensation, as any residential place would kill for staff that is so caring and devoted. I sincerely hope that Elmington will consider the value that they bring because these people and my neighbors and the lovely building are the reason that I renew my lease and continue to invest in this lovely place!!!

I hope those looking for a home and cozy place in Asheville will consider The Patton. It is my dream home and I look forward to the future to come here. ? P.S. Not to mention the amazing mountain views!!!!”

“We’ve lived at Woodberry for years and we love it! Ideal location for working in downtown Asheville while being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle, nice views overlooking the city, and great people.”

“I have lived here for 8 years now. When I first moved back to the area and found my apartment, I thought it would be temporary. But when it became apparent that I'm among those of my generation who will likely never own a home, I settled in for the long haul. 8 years ago, it felt like an average apartment experience, but over time it started feeling more and more like home. As of the past few years, I have come to realize just how lucky I am to live in this awesome community. The staff and maintenance folk are all such wonderful, caring people. After hurricane Helene, they really came through for us, and truly made us all feel safe and cared for during such a challenging time. Finding decent apartment complexes in Asheville doesn't seem to be an easy feat these days, so I just feel so fortunate that I became a member of the Eastwood community. And the apartments themselves are very nice and in an excellent location, but it's absolutely the people here who make it as magical as it is. ?”
