Once you get started on a membership you cannot get it to stop. They will keep billing you even if you sell your car. They have proof that I called yet still billed for 3 more months at $40. Be careful if you get a membership. Watch what they bill you if you need to stop.

Great place to get a car wash. I was in and out quickly, my Ford Expedition was clean and they have some vacuum stations to dump your trash and do a quick vac. I came to zips car wash because they had good ratings and good they are. I definitely recommend them.

Probably the least effective drive thru car wash I've been to in the US. The one in front of Ingles on E Tunnel, and the "Laser Wash" on Patton both did a better job

I love the car wash itself but, more times than not, here lately, the people that guide cars in seem very impersonal, even with scows on there faces, just angry at the world. Then goes back inside. Did the service stop where they spray the bottom of the car around it before entering?

GO AND SEE HEATHER!!!! SHE IS KEY TO TOUR EXPERIENCE!Heather- the attendant and manager on duty went WAY above and beyond and even mentioned it that they were running a deal to make my first month at $10.In a time when customer service has been absolutely thrown out the window, she shines and restored my faith in us fellow working folk working to help fellow working folk. Ha!

Good luck trying to cancel your membership. The place on Tunnel is great and super awesome peeps, but the corporate side of trying to get out of a membership (aka like a gym membership) makes you second guess wanting to use this company again.

I purchased a car wash one car wash then I check my bank account and I was charged $45 for the membership which I did not agree to I then had to contact customer service for a refund of the $45 well guess what there is a $35 cancellation fee so I now have this money I live on Social Security and this was my food money these are the biggest Crooks I have ever seen

As their history shows, with time the service once provided becomes lax. Where they once pre-treated cars to loosen or remove grime, no more. Do they reduce the monthly fee?, of course not. Will they most likely increase their fee in the upcoming months?, betcha yeah! More cost, less service… ugh!

I was actually hit in the carwash on Patton and they lost the video. This increased our insurance rates. We also experienced a very rude young man at the Smoky Park wash too. We're considering cancelling our subscription.

Attendant here was trash! As I was using the touch screen to pay for my wash the attendant jumps in completely unnecessarily and condescendingly says those are the options. I reply “Yes I can see that.” To which he puffs up and says “It’s my job to stand here!” I have never had an employee get in between me and the touchscreen as I’m trying to pay, and be so rude and obnoxious. Worst interaction I’ve ever had at a Zips location. I’m so disappointed and disgusted.

Back of my sedan was still filthy after $24 wash. Told "that's a fine dust. It's not gonna come off. And, the brushes can't reach it."Allso, there were no self-service cleaning supplies (cloths, towels, spray) for the interior. What a waste of money.

Yuck!!! I washed my car and the guy sitting on his phone gave me two dirty towels to clean my car I asked him why and he said I don't have clean towels.. my fiancé went after him and another guy gave him two additional dirty towels .. so gross and unhygienic

The belt your car rides on goes too fast, leaving the car unclean. Yes, they generally let you pass through a second time, but takes effort and frustration. Vacuums are fair, could be stronger for cleaning. Membership?? Try to cancel and the aggravation begins. I ended up reporting to Amex to stop the membership due to Zips customer service giving me lip service it would be taken care of and a confirmation email would be sent from Zips affirming the canceled membership. Didn't happen, so escalated to the next level with my credit card company to complete what should have been a simple cancellation.

first, I ordered a car wash online, basic pro, and received a notice that my payment has been received and I would be getting an email confirmation and code shortly. After 20 minutes, and arriving at the car wash on Tunnel Road, I had still not received a receipt or the code to get my car wash. After speaking with Adan on a " Chat" for 15 minutes I finally received a code to get in to the car wash. I should have saved my time and the $23 that I was charged because that was the worst car wash I have ever had! The tires and rims were still filthy, there were bugs on the bumper, windshield, and headlights. There was also dirt along both sides of the car below the doors. I will never get my car washed again by that company and you should avoid them at all cost because you would just be wasting your money.!!

Always broken and they don't tell you before you pay..then they just tell you to go back through if you ask for a refund.
