First time trying this location. I don’t know why I ever give Zips a chance. Every location is never 100% functional. At this one, no pre-spray, guy waving me in never looked up from his phone, and none of the air compressors worked.

This location has been pretty reliable the past couple years. I had some issues with them several years ago but they have done a much better job. I have a subscription on three cars. And I think it's well worth it.

I wish they would pre-spray every vehicle… it seems like it’s up to the individual worker and not a standard practice. Otherwise - great.
