“I have been coming here for a long time and have never had a bad experience. Current front desk staff, Kelly, Tracy, & David all very friendly, efficient and professional. Sue, who retired was amazing. The wait times are normal depending on the time of day and the shipping season. Issues I had with mail being delivered to other addresses were handled quickly. Mail carriers sometimes make mistakes, just like the rest of us. I have been to two other local post offices and found them not near as inviting. This post office lives up to the Town of Newport's motto and displays "Old Fashioned Courtesy"”
