The postmaster is very kind and gave me all the info I needed to avoid any issues with sending my package. It would be nice if the USPS service would get this office a fax service! But this is a nice, quaint little office that serves great purpose and convenience to the community!

USPS is a wonderful organization dedicated to delivering mail to any address no matter where, but the people working at their office are despicable. I had a delivery for them, and the pallet I was delivering wouldn't fit through the door. While trying to find a solution, the woman working there just shut the door of the building, got in her car, and left. Now I have to sleep in my truck for 3 days until Tuesday when I can attempt to deliver again. Today is Saturday and Monday is a holiday. Thanks a lot, lady!

Mailing a package, and the gentleman behind the counter did not have labels for me to fill out the address. The man handed me a marker and accused me of not knowing how to fill out a letter. “Saying I can’t believe young people don’t know how to fill out a letter”. Mind you I am in my 40s ( which is the same age as the man behind the counter). Then he proceeded to get the delivery address wrong. Will not go there to mail a package again, would rather drive to Fayetteville to ensure my package would get there.

So very frustrating I can’t get ahold of anyone to ask a question and to see if they are “actually” open or not because you can’t go by what google says.

They literally have to try hard to NOT do as much work as they DONT do. They put out signs that say will be back in five minutes- and 30 minutes later, still not there. When you walk in and you’re the only person there, and you have to wait five minutes because the employee that, you can clearly see on his phone, has to finish what he’s doing on his phone. And when they finally get to you, they move like it’s an inconvenience to do their job.
