“Tripp's performed around $2,000 worth of repairs and maintenance on my mother's Lexus. We had an issue with the car a short time after the work was done, but I called Matt, and he went above and beyond what I would have expected in making sure the issue was resolved. Its very nice to have a local shop who does quality work but also stands behind their work if there is a problem.
I will also say that I had gotten quotes from other shops in Winterville & Greenville, and the total cost for the work performed by Tripp's was slightly lower than the quotes I received from others, so they are comparable if not lower than other similar facilities.”

“Took my car up here with a wire sticking out of my tire. It was on the side so it likely couldn't be patched / plugged, I was fully prepared to buy a new tire from them and they knew that but the guy up front was able to simply pull it out with no damage, free of charge. I know some other places would have tried to get whatever they could out of me. Some good honest folks here!”
