Instead turning me away, the staff at CC were very kind and this nice gentleman named Peter decided to go head and give me one anyway. Although the damage on my car was very minimal, he wasn’t rushing to write a quick estimate to just get me out the door. Instead he was very informative and answered any questions I had without making me feel like I was wasting time out of his day. “I came in the other day for a quote on painting my truck bed. But Will was honest with me and told me it's not worth. Now this is a man who cares about quality. Some other shops were willing to paint it and said they can do a good job, but I agree with will. My truck bed is pretty much far gone. So I'll prefer someone being honest with me. HOWEVER!!! I also asked about replacing my truck glass and he told me some other places will be cheaper. I would rather pay more bucks and get it done with them. “The past couple of months dealing with my car after my accident has definitely been stressful, but I have to give a huge thank you to Carolina Collision Repair for making this process so much smoother for me from beginning to end.
From the very first day, they answered every question I had, always answered the phone, and anytime I walked in the office they were nothing but kind, patient, polite, and sweet. That type of customer service means a lot when you are already dealing with the frustration and inconvenience of your vehicle being damaged.
My car was hit in the rear end by the tire area and was driving so differently afterwards. I was worried, stressed, and just wanted my car back to how it was before the accident.

They truly brought my car back to life and restored it back to perfect condition like nothing ever happened. Looking at my before and after pictures is honestly amazing because the difference speaks for itself.
And to top it off, they even washed and vacuumed my car before returning it to me. I was literally getting ready to pay someone to detail it, not knowing they were going to do that. Such a thoughtful touch.

“There are many times a pastor will use a personal experience in a sermon and this experience I had will be one of them. My car was experiencing issues and so I took it to advance auto to run a diagnostic because my engine light was on. When I got there and they ran the diagnostic and the computer didn’t have a clear answer but as the owner of Komplete auto walked out he heard me explaining what was going with my car and was able to give a clear diagnosis. He did not offer his business as a place to go but instead stated I should get the car fixed by a mechanic. I am thankful I went to that auto shop because this man was able to assist me quicker than the computer and much quicker than the dealership. In addition his price for labor and parts was phenomenal.
