“Today I went in to get the Samsung S23 ultra and was greeted with professionalism the entire time.Steven was such a great help and I personally appreciate all that he did today despite my mistake that I made. He even went above and beyond to ensure that I got a better plan and still kept my insurance.I also think that he deserves a raise. But overall I was treated with friendliness and professionalism across the board.”

“The store was in great condition, clean, and very well organized. A one person show, with only one employee. The lady, Chinyere L (CL), working there and running the show was VERY nice, respectful, and professional. Some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long-long time. She knew everything about the products and procedures, and was extremely helpful & answered ALL of my questions. I added a line and acquired a new phone to go with. She was very transparent, and ensured all of my questions were answered. Was a true pleasure to work with her and conduct every bit of business I needed to take care of. Gotta love one stop shopping. I most definitely recommend this store and CL to anyone looking into AT&T plans and smartphones. Thank you, CL & AT&T!”

“I’m gonna just let someone know that Store is so hot inside the store that you can’t even stay in there very long and they expect the people that worked there to stay in there fix your air condition. It is cooler outside in the heat than in that store. Otherwise I had great service but I had to be in there almost 2 hours. I don’t know how your workers stay in there.”

If we could give them 10 stars, we absolutely would! We are genuinely so grateful to the entire team for their outstanding service—thank you all for making our visit exceptional!”

“Erica was a life saver today! After talking to outsourced "support" half a world away (with substantial signal delay and no duplex), Erica solved our problem (required a new physical SIM card) in no time. Pleasure to deal with a professional and great luck to have somebody like that here, in this little backward town.”

“Waldo was AMAZING! He was so helpful, funny, and just made my experience getting an upgrade actually enjoyable rather than something that feels like another charm. If any managers read this give that man a raise! I was in and out with a new phone within an hour (I thought it would take a lot more time).”
