“I live closer to the 2 Post Offices in Greenville but prefer to drive to Simpson to do all my mailing based solely on the fact of how amazing she is when it comes to helping out the customer. Always smiling and always friendly !!”
“My family and I love having this small post office branch so close to our house. However, the current guy doesn't respect the desire of the customers he serves to order the stamps they would like. My mom would love to buy her stamps here to support the branch however all he has are these ugly stamps and he refuses to order pretty and patriotic ones until he sells all the ugly ones. I understand that it's because the larger post offices crap on the little ones by giving them the ugly ones they can't sell. But the previous manager was able to still provide consumers with good looking stamps. If you'd want to buy stamps I wouldn't recommend going here, unless you enjoy large ugly stamps.”

“I previously avoided this location due to the bad reviews, but I had a Shein return drop off and this post office is close to my home. No problems at all, they scanned my QR code just fine and printed the label. The other worker was very kind and helpful to the two ladies in front of me who had used priority packing tape on non-priority packages, and he offered to use his tape to close it if they removed the priority tape, which they did. Everyone said hello and wished me a good day. So if you have a simple type of drop off, this post office seems fine.”
