“For the store in Winterville NC. UHaul it self,1 star. Changed my pickup location 5 times. When all the time my preferred pickup spot had 5 trucks available yesterday. Missed me off. No hand truck. No blankets. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!”

She also gave me two bolts that I needed free of charge. This is definitely the dealership you want working on your truck. These people will not nickel and dime you like the rest.”
“The storage facility is great. We were a little confused on how to get out, but we did go at night so didn't see the keypad in the inside of the gate. Also can get a remote from the central office so that you don't have to put in the code,so that's a plus. Would be great if there was an office at the location though so that you wouldn't have to drive across town to get it.”

“Mr. John went above and beyond the call of duty and perhaps save my relationship with U-Haul on 9-30-2012. He assisted me with the rental of a 5x8 enclosed trailer after a very disappointing experience with U-Haul. I had a reservation for a 9am pick up at mid town market that went very bad to say the least. I ended up canceling this reservation after waiting 90+ minutes in a very shady neighborhood. The bad part is I needed to trailer to move my mother-in-laws personal belongings to her new residence in an assisted living arrangement and the weather was over cast and looked like rain. All I own to make the move with is a pickup truck and was worried that her items would get wet. After the first 90+ mile round trip and no rain I drove past Mr. John's lot and saw that he was there. I pulled in explained my situation, he not only apologized on U-Huals behalf "which was unnecessary since he did not fail to honor the contract" but he stopped what he was doing, and rented me the much needed trailer. The best part was this all happened after hours. The only reason he was there was to make sure that a different trailer was ready for a one way to Oklahoma. Any person that is willing to do so much after hours to make sure that his new and return customers get what they need, and have it be road ready has earned my business. Please if you are in the Greenville area and have a terrible experience with u-haul or one of their rental offices give Mr. John a try, he saved my day with a smile on his face. Many thanks to you John, you helped in more ways than you could possibly know.”
