Pharmacist Amanda is extremely knowledgeable and kind! I appreciated her consultation on my prescriptions. She helped me to understand my condition better and made me feel heard and understood. The fact that she had knowledge on ehlers danlos syndrome and mcas meant everything to me!

Customer service needs to improve. Currently on hold with them right now and haven't even heard a persons voice yet after 20 min. They just pick it up and put me directly on hold without a word. Every single time I call, this is what Happens! As if they just hope I'll hang up or somethingadding a photo of the minutes that I've been holding so far smh

Absolutely USELESS!! They don't answer the phones, they take all day to fill prescriptions, and then want to be condescending and sarcastic when you go there and have a question. 3 pharmacists on site, and no customers waiting, but still takes a full day to fill a prescription??? Hell No!!

If i could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I was on hold waiting to speak with someone for about 20 minutes with only one call before me. I was told I would have my child's medication by 6 (closing time) and i would be notified. I had received no notification and called again and hour before closing and THE PHARMACIST NAMED KEITH OUTRIGHT LIED!!! He never put in the request for the prescription to be transferred. My daughter needed her medication for a breathing treatment

Horrible customer service at pharmacy!! Only one person was trying to be helpful. Went through drive through at (5:50 website says open until 8 but at drive through says 6pm) anyways get to drive through and pharmacy tech closes the gate up in my face knowing she seen me at drive through! So then I went inside! As trying to get medication for serious issue I said let me run to the car to get insurance card, and was interrupted by the pharmacist saying she had a family event to get to! They close at 6 ( it was 556) at the time. People need to be aware this could be their family member in need of medication! I Didn't receive any medication because they said insurance wasn't on file which wasn't told to me prior to coming. not receiving meds caused child's epilepsy to get out of hand! Will not return!!!

If I can rate them no stars I would. I stayed on the phone for 10 minutes and every time their hold time was up and would start ringing they would put me back on hold. Couldn't even talk to anyone. I have two babies that I didn't want to have to drag out in the freezing cold but best believe I will be reporting this Walgreens because this is bullshit.

This location has gone to crap. You can TRY to call the pharmacy with questions but you will NEVER get through...they will NOT answer the phone and just keep rolling your call over to the queue. I can typically stay on hold 25-30 minutes easily. That's why I've moved all my prescriptions to CVS. You can shop here for other things, but DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY LOCATION.

One of the worst Walgreens Pharmacies I have ever used. Customer service is about the same as McDonald's, at least McDonalds will prepare your order when you place it. For instance , my doctors calls in a prescription and tells them that we are on the way. We took our time and waited an hour and a half to give them plenty of time, we get there and they say "oh well we didn't know if you wanted us to fill it yet ". The time before, the lady at the window lost his prescription somewhere inside the pharmacy and wouldn't look for it, it took my wife asking for a manager for anything to be done. There has been countless times where I drop off a prescription to be filled the next day at a specific time, and it never fails, they never have it ready. The pharmacy assistants are rude, and it seems as if they don't have any pride in attempting to provide even sub-par customer service. If there is any problem with filling a prescription, they do not call to inform you like the other Walgreens, instead they will wait until you drive all the way back to inform you. With the reviews, you would think the franchise would take notice. Today is the last time I will ever use Walgreens again.

The drive through is always so long so I go inside to pick up my medication. The pharmacy staff is always stressed looking and not pleasant.

Great staff. Always very friendly and goes out of their way to help you. They always have great prices. It feels like and old town pharmacy. Local people make this place. Conveniently located. Do wish they were open till 9 each day.
