Receptionists were always friendly with a greeting every morning, house keeping came around almost every day of my stay, and the room was so comfy. Couldn't have asked for anything better.”
“I was recently invited to a wedding hosted at the 1913 Badin Inn. Not being from the area, I looked up the inn and was immediately intrigued by the place. I like to stay in hotels with some history that offer a unique experience, and I was not disappointed. The large porch with customary rocking chairs and the wood flooring throughout the lobby area reassured me that this building had stories to tell. I was checked into the Edminster King Room on the second floor, overlooking the grounds in front of the building. The room did not have a routine chain hotel vibe but did have a vintage feel one would expect from a long-standing and historical building. Jennifer and Mark were wonderful hosts and did an exceptional job attending to guests and getting the grounds prepared for the afternoon ceremony. The accommodations and ceremony made for a very memorable weekend.”
