I decided to bring them my 2012 Toyota Camry because the dealer “diagnosed” that it needed a whole new radiator and it was seeping coolant through the top, this was going to cost me well over a thousand dollars. I brought it to Os-car’s for a second opinion and all my car needed was a new radiator cap, a one thousand dollar plus diagnostic turned out to be a simple $80 fix. As others have said they were fast and easy; running through the steps as they rolled the car in. Barely had time to sit before finished. It was thorough but fast inspection, just as it should be! Thanks RDU Car Care, I will be back.I suggest others to check this place out for generic maintenance work. I don’t know what else they do, yet.”

“It all started many years ago when I stopped by to have my tire pressure checked as the light on my dash had just come on when I left work one evening. Chris Noble was kind enough to help me and filled the tire that was low on air and when I asked him what I owed him he said “Nothing. Just come back when something big happens.” Well, my husband and I did just that the next time something came up, and we have never regretted it; they are fair and honest and their mechanics have many years of experience and know what they are doing. Bryan was willing to take a look under the hood of my daughter's car even though he was covered up with work. He could tell right away what the problem was. “Simply put: Top notch honest service and care!Big thanks to this shop for solving a critical issue I had been struggling with an intermittent stalling issue for almost a year!My 2001 Corvette had startup stalling issues for a while but it finally completely died on me while I was driving! As I was rushing to find a shop late on a Friday afternoon, I came across this shop on Google Reviews and decided to have my car towed here due to the positive reviews. The team here was able to diagnose and fix the exact issue far quicker than I had anticipated.The team quickly determined it was a faulty ground for the fuel pump, which I now know is a common issue on these cars given their age. It was a great outcome compared to replacing the fuel pump and/or various fuel components, which was what I thought was the issue. Completely honest work and the car runs super smooth (even for a 20+ year old LS1)! I was out of the door only a few days after this critical failure with significant time and money saved from what I was anticipating.You guys have restored my enjoyment for this car and I will definitely be returning as a customer, not just for the great technical expertise but also for the friendly and understanding culture here at this shop!”

“I've been here a few times for routine maintenance and have always been very pleased. Customer service is awesome and I don't ever feel like I'm being "taken advantage of." I asked for them to look at my air filter today, as a matter of fact, because I thought it might need to be replaced. The tech came back in and said "nope, you're all set!" “Without an appt, I drove in to get a light that came on on my dash....low air in one of my tires. I walked in and they told me the light comes on with weather changes, in this case, from warm to cold, and they said it would probably be about an hour or more wait. I was ok with that, thinking it could have taken longer. After about a 10 min wait, he brought me my keys and told me the light was off now, and everything was ok. (In hindsight, I think he was joking with me about the hour wait). I am so grateful it was nothing more than the weather that caused it and I asked how much do I owe you and he said nothing. This is how you run a business, folks. Although I live in Raleigh, I will always remember how I was treated at Durham Tire on Roxboro Rd.”
