Extra Space Storage
4417 Hillsborough Road, Durham NC 27705
“The ladies here are TOP TIER. Ambrosia and Michelle were working when we came in. We had a reservation that wasn't what we wanted, but it worked out for our budget needs in the end. Every part of the process was explained well and with patience. We were leaving and i discovered that I had a flat. Not only did Ambrosia inflate it, but even used fix a flat. I say this only because it had just got to be closing time and she went above and beyond for someone when she didn't have to and I really appreciate just being able to get home. Thank you ladies!”

I appreciate her calm demeanor (she did not once come across as frustrated) and willingness to work with us so we could continue our business with Security Self Storage.”

“We lease a truck from Vanguard and they've gone above and beyond with service. David King is exceptional and helps out wherever possible. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone and we will continue to work with them for years to come. They were initially recommended to me from a friend who also uses them for their trucking needs and had nothing but good feedback, so this review counts for 10 stars”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
1911 Guess Rd, Durham NC 27705
“Wade’s UHaul service is excellent! They notified me in advance when the 17’ truck I reserved was unavailable due to this size being phased out of fleet and offered both 20’ and 15’, with no up charge for 20’, which I accepted. They also recommended and updated my reservation from 5:30pm to 6pm so I could return anytime that day without getting charged for a second rental period if returning after-hours, which of course I ended up needing and benefitting from. They were also friendly and kind!! Definitely recommend this location!! -Kevin T”

U-Haul Propane Sales
2422 US-70, Durham NC 27703
“Not sure if they read my initial review or if someone there realized they messed up and needed to do the right thing, but Brandy provided appropriate compensation for my trouble. She ordered the hitch and accessories for my SUV and schedule my appointment. Everything was installed yesterday. I have not used the hitch yet and not sure when I will so I hope it was done correctly. I have no reason to suspect it wasn't . All of this could have been avoided with a little communication. Thank you”
