Our cell service and data service Hot Spot has steadily gotten worse the last 2 years here in Rougemont NC. 20 years ago there was very little problem but now we were having to go outside to send and receive calls. Allen came and installed his system and its a joy now just to be able to go to the home office and send and receive emails without delays and talk without dropped calls. Thanks Allen. We live in a very challenging area for cell service, which has been very frustrating. Alan worked with us to improve our signal, and followed up with modifications later on as the carrier signal changed. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and only sold to us what is necessary to achieve a sufficient level of reception for our specific needs. Alan has been great to work with. We highly recommend him.

This company made working from home possible for this rural area teacher. The only internet I can get is via a hotspot and it wasn't great. This company came out and fixed us up! Alan is wonderful. He called and checked on us several times after the installation. We can now run three people on zoom and netflix cam stream on the TV! It is amazing.

They installed boosters up and down stairs. It has been a big help. Calls are clearer and streaming is smoother on our phones. If your call quality is not up to par then it is well worth the investment.

We had a lot of trouble with our cellular hotspot getting a signal at work when the internet would go out, and it would cripple our business. Now it works well and we can rely on getting things done even during an internet outage.

We started having dropped calls and poor Internet speeds in our home after getting new phones last year. Fortunately, we found Alan, who worked with us to resolve our signal strength issues. This took both his expertise and his inventory – mixing and matching from components on his truck so that we got the boost we needed without overamplification issues.And he was flexible, taking the time to understand our goals and objectives, so when it turned out that a house structural component blocked the initial system setup from boosting phone coverage in a room we spend a lot of time in, he came up with an alternate approach that worked great!Highly recommended.

Had a signal issue by Kerr Lake area with little to no service. Allan came to look and see what solutions/ ideas and suggested a booster. We had this put in a few months before COVID-19 and we are so thankful we did. There are no good options for internet out here and with the booster my wife and I were able to both work from home.

Way out mount harmony. In Rougemont.we only have 1 bar when outside. We could not make phone calls we could receive text. But only outside the building. Now we are inside with full LTE. Siri works again and we can make and receive phone calls. We can even stream video. He gave us a price range and came in below the numbers quoted. Fast clean looking install definitely professional. Thank you Allen for the quick clean install and thanks for making Siri work again.

We had a very poor signal in Rougemont and called to get a signal booster installed at our business. We then had an excellent signal not only for our internet service but it improved our cellular call service as well. Our shop runs much more efficiently now and we can rely on our connection. Last month our children had to start virtual learning school and we got another booster installed at house. Our kids can now participate in school zoom calls, receive and send assignments it has been amazing. Alan has great customer service and we would recommend anyone needing signal help to give him a call.

Signal Boosters did an amazing job getting us service at our repair center.We are in a all Metal bldg and our signal was one bar or less at times. the system they installed gave us a 5 bars and faster Data transfer than out Spectrum internet. What a blessing to be able to receive calls and access our data fast . I placed the call to them and they responded within hours. I will be using them in the near future to get us better signal in our Office areas. Thank you for a GREAT JOB and Fast service !!!!!!
